First courses must regularly appear on the family menu. If the hostess does not have time to pore at the stove over borsch or hodgepodge, then it is worth paying attention to simpler recipes. For example, a quick soup with dumplings.

Dumpling soup - the easiest recipe

Composition of products: 15-17 pcs. dumplings, 2 potatoes, carrots, salt, 770 ml of purified water, turnip onions, 3-5 peas of allspice, bay leaf. How to cook soup with dumplings quickly and easily, is described further.

  1. Cubes of potatoes pour out into the water. Fry from onions and carrots, allspice, bay leaf goes there.
  2. When the potato is half softened, dumplings are laid out to it. Next, the broth is salted.
  3. After the dumplings float out of the pan, the bay leaf is removed, pepper and soup are cooked for another 6-7 minutes.

With mushrooms

Ingredients: half a poultry of chicken, 230 g dried mushrooms, carrots, half an onion, a half pound of dumplings, salt, spices.

  1. Dried mushrooms are poured with warm water and left for 2-3 hours. Then they are washed and cooked for 12-14 minutes. Water from the mushrooms is drained, a new one is added.
  2. Chicken is sent to the pan. Products are cooked until cooked.
  3. The finished broth is filtered, after which mushrooms and chopped chicken are returned to it.
  4. Separately, straws of carrots and half rings of onion are fried. Vegetables are also sent to the broth along with salt and spices.

  1. Cheese is cut into pieces and dissolved in boiled salt water. There is added straw potatoes, seasonings.
  2. When the potatoes are almost completely softened, a frying of the remaining vegetables is laid out to it.
  3. Dumplings are the last to be sent to the pan. Once they pop up, you can pour the soup on the plates.

Serve a dish with homemade sour cream and fresh herbs.

Tasty Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients: 260 g of sea cocktail, a pound of small ravioli, carrot, 1 tbsp. purified water, 760 ml of tomato juice, salt, fresh garlic to taste.

  1. Vegetables are peeled, minced and fried in any fat. Roasting is poured with tomato juice diluted with water. The mass is salted.
  2. Dumplings and sea cocktail are laid out in the pan. After boiling, the dish is cooked for 10-12 minutes.
  3. At the end, crushed garlic to taste is sent to the soup.

When served, the treat is generously sprinkled with grated cheese.

Soup with lazy dumplings and potatoes

Ingredients: 2.5 l of any broth or water, 4 potatoes, 1 pc. carrots and onions, 3.5 tbsp. first-class flour, 2 eggs, a glass of purified water, 370 g of minced meat, salt, spices.

  1. Flour is sieved directly on the table. A hole is made in the resulting slide, into which raw eggs and water with dissolved salt are poured. Knead the dough and leave for half an hour.
  2. Stuffing is salted, flavored with spices.
  3. The dough is divided into 4 pieces, each of which is rolled into a circle. Stuffing is distributed from above and the workpiece is rolled up. Then each of them is cut into pieces, sprinkled with flour and put away in the freezer for a while.
  4. Potatoes and onion-carrot fry are sent to the pot with boiling water or broth. The base for the soup is salted.
  5. When the potatoes are cooked, you can add frosted lazy dumplings.

Soup with ravioli and potatoes is cooked for another 10-12 minutes. The finished dish is served with fresh dill and sour cream.

In a slow cooker

Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 280 g dumplings, half sweet pepper, large carrots, half onions, salt, seasoning for soup.

  1. All vegetable components are washed and finely chopped. Then they are sent to the bowl of the device (without potatoes) and fried in a baking program for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Potatoes, salt and seasonings are then poured.
  3. Top products are poured with hot water. For 60–70 minutes the “Extinguishing” program is activated.
  4. About 10 minutes before the end of the regime, frozen dumplings are added to the bowl. Soup is cooked until cooked.

If desired, you can add a handful of vermicelli-cobwebs to the treat to make it more satisfying.

Grandma's Soup

Ingredients: 330 g of frozen dumplings, turnip, bay leaf, 4-5 potatoes, carrots, a bunch of various fresh herbs, 2 l of purified water, 3-5 peas of allspice, salt.

  1. Water with bay leaf and allspice is brought to a boil.
  2. Immediately after the appearance of the first bubbles, all arbitrarily chopped vegetables are sent to the liquid. Onions and carrots are optionally pre-fried in butter.
  3. When the potatoes are ready, frozen dumplings are laid out in the pan and salt is added. You can use colored peppers.

Grandma’s soup with ravioli is cooked until the latter is ready. Served with plenty of chopped greens.

Potted in the oven

Ingredients: 1 liter of meat broth, 1 tbsp. l butter and the same amount of ketchup, 280 g of frozen dumplings, salt, potato, 3 tbsp. l sour cream, half onion.

  1. Onions finely chopped and laid out in equal portions in pots. Pieces of butter are added to it.
  2. Sour cream mixed with ketchup and salt is laid on top.
  3. The indicated products are filled with broth. It is necessary to bring the liquid to a boil.
  4. Frozen dumplings are laid out in pots.

The treat is cooked in the oven for about half an hour at 200-210 degrees. It is very convenient to make such a soup in one large pot.

Chuchvara - Uzbek-style soup with dumplings

Ingredients: 830 g of beef bones without meat, 3 pcs each. tomatoes and onions, a pinch of coriander seeds and red hot pepper, 2 tbsp. high-grade flour, 2 tablespoons, salt, 240 g of lamb and ground beef, a mixture of ground coriander and zira.

  1. From bones, 2 onions, all tomatoes, pepper and coriander seeds, the broth is cooked. Products are poured 4 liters of purified water. Preparing the broth will be about 3 hours. Then the liquid is filtered, and the thick is thrown out.
  2. Sifted flour combines with the egg, 1 tsp. salt and 2/3 Art. boiling water. Homogeneous dough is mixed.
  3. In the film, it goes cool for an hour, and then rolls without flour.
  4. The remaining onion is very finely chopped and combined with two types of minced meat. Salt is added to taste and the remaining spices.
  5. Dumplings are made from dough and toppings. They are boiled until cooked in the previously prepared broth and served on the table with liquid.
