Smoked soup can be whipped up. As a basis, any meat products are taken: sausage, sausages, ham, smoked meat and poultry. Below are simple step-by-step recipes for cooking soup with smoked meats on the stove and in the slow cooker.

Smoked Pea Soup

The classic pea soup with smoked meat is cooked on pork ribs, but other types of meat products can also be used.

For cooking you will need:

  • 500 g smoked pork ribs;
  • 120 g of crushed peas;
  • several potatoes;
  • bulb;
  • carrot;
  • greenery;
  • Bay leaf;
  • salt and seasoning.

Cooking sequence:

  1. Sort the peas, wash, add water and leave for 6-8 hours.
  2. Drain the beans, rinse again and cook, stirring occasionally and removing the foam.
  3. When the peas are half ready, add the smoked ribs, bay leaf, salt and continue cooking.
  4. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and send to soup.
  5. Grind onions and carrots, simmer in vegetable oil, then add the frying to the pan.
  6. A few minutes before being ready to introduce chopped greens.

On a note. If there is no time to soak and cook crushed beans for a long time, you can replace them with fresh or frozen green peas. It is added at the end of cooking, along with frying.

Bean first course

To cook the soup, you can take red or white beans, the type of legumes does not particularly affect the taste of the dish.

For cooking you will need:

  • 800 g of beans;

  • 3-4 hunting sausages;

  • tomato paste;
  • olives;
  • lemon.

Order of preparation:

  1. Wash the beef tongue, boil in salted water, then remove, cool and cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel the potatoes, send to the pan, reducing the heat to a minimum.
  3. Stir in the pan chopped onions and carrots, season with tomato paste.
