The soup cooked in a slow cooker with meatballs is in special demand among the hostesses, as it cooks faster than on the stove, and invariably comes out hearty, rich and delicious.

Simple Meatball and Vermicelli Soup

We offer for starters the classic version of the discussed first course. It cooks quickly, so it will be a great solution when hungry homemade people already knock on the table with spoons.

 

Necessary components for a pound of minced chicken:

  • turnip onion - 200 g;
  • potato tubers - 300 g;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • small vermicelli - 150 g;
  • eggs - 1 pc.;
  • Lavrushka - 2 pcs.;
  • ground black pepper - 5 g;
  • coarse salt - 10 g.

Soup with meatballs and noodles is prepared according to the algorithm:

  1. Spread the minced meat in a convenient bowl, add pepper, salt, egg yolk.
  2. Knead the meat mass and form small balls, which we place on the board.
  3. We clean the vegetables from the peel and husks, rinse under water. Dice.
  4. We put the cutting into the multicooker bowl, pour the vermicelli, spices and meat semi-finished products there. Pour the contents of the container with warm water.
  5. We turn on the “Soup” mode, cook for 45 minutes.

When serving, you can flavor the first dish with chopped herbs.

With rice

Soup with delicious meatballs is sure to appeal to households.

Components required:

  • minced meat - 350 g;
  • round rice - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • crumb of white bread - 1 slice;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • milk - ¼ st .;
  • refined oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • spices to taste;
  • drinking water - 2 l.

Soup with meatballs and rice is prepared according to the scheme:

  1. Soak the bread in milk for 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, put the meat product in a convenient container. Drive the egg into the minced meat, add the necessary spices and squeezed crumb of the flour product.
  3. Knead the mass, with wet hands we form the meatballs, put them on a flat plate.
  4. Fried carrots and onions, peeled and cut into bars, are fried in vegetable oil in vegetable oil, for this we set the “Baking” mode for 15 minutes.
  5. We clean the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes and, together with rice and meatballs, throw them into the bowl for vegetable frying. Pour in hot water, salt and pepper the contents.
  6. We turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 1.5 hours.

If you replace rice with legumes in the soup, you get a delicious pea soup.

First course with dumplings

An unusual soup in which meat and flour balls are ideally combined.

Required Products:

  • minced chicken - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • potato tubers - 3 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • medium carrot - 1 pc.;
  • Lavrushka - 2 pcs.;
  • spices - optional.

 

Products for dumplings:

  • table egg - 1 pc.;
  • premium flour - 6 tbsp. l .;
  • turmeric - ½ tbsp. l .;
  • drinking water - 6 tbsp. l .;
  • salt is a pinch.

Cooking in stages:

  1. We clean the carrots from the top layer, rinse and three on a grater. We peel the onion from the husk, chop finely. We pass the vegetables in a pan until the color changes.
  2. Peel the potato tubers from the peel, rinse, cut. Throw the pieces into the capacity of the multicooker.
  3. There we put a frying of vegetables, fill the contents of the bowl with water, introduce spices. Close the lid, select the “Baking” mode, cook for 45 minutes.
  4. Stuffing the minced meat in a deep container, add the egg and spices to it. Knead the mixture, moisten the hands in water and form round meatballs.
  5. Cooking dumplings. To do this, in the bowl we mix the ingredients according to the list, the dough should turn out, in consistency similar to thick sour cream.
  6. At the end of cooking the soup, add the meatballs to it and spread the dumplings with a teaspoon.
  7. We continue cooking for another 15 minutes in the same mode.

Meatballs can be prepared not only from minced chicken, but also from pork, beef or turkey meat.

Cooking with beans in a slow cooker

To make the soup more nutritious, you can pre-cook the broth and cook the first dish on it.

Required Components:

  • ground beef - 350 g;
  • canned white beans - a can;
  • carrots - 200 g;
  • potatoes - 350 g;
  • onions - 200 g;
  • a mixture of peppers - 5 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flavourless oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • thyme - 1 tsp;
  • dill - 15 g;
  • iodized salt - to taste.

Walkthrough:

  1. We clean the onions with carrots, rinse under water. We set the “Frying” mode in the multicooker and pass the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
  3. After a beep, add beans from a can to the vegetable frying pan.
  4. Pour in water, throw potatoes, pour salt and pepper. We turn on the “Soup” mode for 30 minutes.
  5. Flavor the minced meat with spices, drive in an egg, knead. With wet hands we make small meatballs.
  6. When the soup boils, we throw the meatballs into it.
  7. We chop the dill and, together with the thyme, throw it into the soup 5 minutes before the last is ready.

Such a first course will be especially tasty if you eat it with Borodino bread.

Soup with Meatballs and Cauliflower

Adding cauliflower will make the soup spring and more healthy.

You will need the ingredients:

  • minced meat from any meat - 350 g;
  • cauliflower - 400 g;
  • potatoes - 350 g;
  • onion - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 200 g;
  • garlic - 2 prongs;
  • greens - ½ bunch;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • spices to taste.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Drive the egg into the minced meat, add the necessary spices, knead.
  2. With wet hands, we form balls from the meat mass, which we put on the kitchen board.
  3. Peel the carrots and onions, cut into half rings. We pass the vegetables in oil in the "Frying" mode.
  4. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. We disassemble the cabbage for inflorescences, not forgetting to remove rotten areas.
  5. Throw the prepared vegetables for frying, pour hot water, pour spices. We set the “Soup” mode, cook for 15 minutes.
  6. After the specified time has passed, pour meatballs into the bowl of the multicooker and cook an almost ready dish for another 10 minutes.
  7. Throw chopped garlic and chopped herbs into the hot soup.
