Hot aromatic cauliflower soup with chicken - a healthy and satisfying first course. It can be introduced into the diet of even the smallest gourmets - over the age of 1 year. There are several successful recipes for such a treat with different ingredients in the composition.

Simple Cauliflower Soup with Chicken

Ingredients:

  • chicken meat - half a carcass;
  • cauliflower - 1 forks;
  • large-sized potatoes - 1 pc.;
  • carrots and onions - to taste;
  • dry herbs;
  • salt;
  • quail egg - 3 pcs.

Cooking:

  1. Remove chicken skin. Chop the rest into pieces. Send to boil in salt water.
  2. After 25 minutes, add all the vegetables cut into pieces to the meat.
  3. When the potatoes become soft, remove the meat from the bones, split into fibers and return to the soup.
  4. Add to spices.
  5. After boiling again, pour beaten eggs (in a thin stream) into the treat.
  6. Cook a couple more minutes.

If you kill all the ingredients in a pan with a submersible blender, you get a gentle cream soup.

In a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - ½ kilo;
  • chicken - half a kilo of any parts;
  • potatoes - 4 tubers;
  • oil, salt;
  • onions, carrots - 1 pc.;
  • greenery.

Cooking:

  1. Coarsely cut cabbage inflorescences. Remove thick parts of stems.
  2. Chop the potatoes with whetstones.

  • processed cheese - 2 - 3 pcs.;

  • cream fat - 2 dessert spoons;
  • rock salt and aromatic herbs.

Cooking:

  1. Cook the chicken stock. Pour small pieces of potatoes to ready-made meat.
  2. From the remaining vegetables, cook a roasty fry in butter.
  3. Send it to the soup along with cabbage inflorescences.
  4. After 15 minutes, fill in small pieces of green onions and chopped cheese.
  5. When the latter has dissolved, you can salt the treat and season with spices.

Ready cheese soup is especially tasty to try with onion / garlic crackers.

Creamy Cauliflower Soup with Chicken

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast on the skeleton - 1 pc.;
  • celery stalk - 1 pc.;
  • carrots (raw), garlic and onions - to taste;
  • cauliflower - 2 forks;
  • parsley - at will;
  • processed cheese without additives - 350 g;
  • salt and pepper peas.

Cooking:

  1. Immediately send chicken and whole vegetables to the pan. Only cabbage needs to be divided into "umbrellas."
  2. Add to the container and parsley without stems. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Cook foods together in a pan for 35 minutes. During this time, the meat should be completely cooked, and the vegetables should be soft.
  4. It remains to pour cheese and wait for it to dissolve.
  5. Mash the dish with a hand blender.
  6. Boil.

Serve cauliflower soup with baguette toast.

Diet recipe with chicken

Ingredients:

  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • chicken fillet - 250 - 280 g;
  • cauliflower - 8 inflorescences;
  • freshly frozen green peas - 5 dessert spoons;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Send chicken fillet to a special blender nozzle. Turn into minced meat. To salt.
  2. Blind small balls from the resulting mass. Send them to boiling salted water.
  3. After 5 - 6 minutes, pour peas, add circles of carrots and cabbage inflorescences.
  4. Cook soup until all ingredients are cooked.

With mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • hips without skin - a pound;
  • potato tubers - 2 pcs.;
  • cauliflower - 200 - 250 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • salad pepper - ¼ pc.;
  • carrots - ½ pcs.;
  • peeled champignons - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil, salt and greens.

Cooking:

  1. First, fry the onions in a pan. Then pour grated carrot and pieces of peeled mushrooms to it.
  2. After 6 - 7 minutes, pour straws of bell pepper and chicken meat cut off from the bones.
  3. Cook the ingredients in a pan together for another 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the frying to the pan. Add the "umbrellas" cauliflower, potato wedges.
  5. Salt the future soup.
  6. Cook until all ingredients are cooked.

Ready soup with chicken and cauliflower served with plenty of chopped herbs.

Cooking with Green Peas

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 300 - 350 g;
  • Cauliflower “umbrellas” - 200 - 250 g;
  • carrots - half a large root crop;
  • canned green peas (with filling) - 2 tbsp .;
  • processed cheese without additives - 1 - 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable mixture (seasoning) - 1 dessert spoon;
  • white onion - 1.5 pcs.;
  • oil, salt, parsley - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. In a pan with water, send chicken to cook with cauliflower.
  2. Simultaneously prepare frying on any vegetable oil from onions and carrots. You can add garlic to them to taste.
  3. Send the roast to the ready-made chicken. Add the peas along with the fill.
  4. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
  5. Salt everything, add seasoning and slices of cream cheese.
  6. After another 5 minutes, turn off the heating of the stove and fill the soup with parsley. During this time, the cheese should have completely melted.

Delicious served with garlic or onion crackers for dinner.

Children's Cauliflower Soup with Chicken

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 100 g;
  • potatoes - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1/3 of the head;
  • onion - ½ head;
  • cauliflower - 50 g;
  • sweet salad pepper - 50 g;
  • quail egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt to taste;
  • purified water - 1 l.

Cooking:

  1. Pour fillet slices with water. Wait for boiling and drain the first broth. Pour in fresh water.
  2. All vegetables need to be finely chopped and sent to the pan after boiling the second broth.
  3. Minimally salt. Boil baby soup until all ingredients are cooked.
  4. If desired, you can mash the finished dish.

Quail egg must be boiled separately. Spread it in portions of the first course.
