To make soup from honey mushrooms, you need:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes, and then pour them with water and boil for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. At the same time, lower the mushrooms for 3 minutes in boiling water. Then they must be thoroughly washed under running water. Small mushrooms can be left intact, and large ones can be chopped at random.
  3. Gently chop the onion into cubes. You can just grate the carrots.
  4. Boil a measured amount of water in a large saucepan.

The whole process consists of four stages:

  • 50 grams of dried mushrooms;
  • 4 medium potatoes;
  • 60 grams of wheat flour;
  • 1.3 liters of water;
  • 80 grams of butter.

How to cook dried mushroom soup:

  1. Rinse mushrooms, put them in a clean bowl, and then pour hot water and leave for about half an hour. After this, the liquid from the mushrooms must be filtered and squeezed slightly.
  2. Pour the remaining water into the pan and bring boiling water to the desired amount according to the recipe.

  4. Peel and randomly crush potatoes. Pour it into the pan and cook with the mushrooms for another 20 minutes.

  • 1 carrot;
  • salt;
  • 25 grams of sour cream;
  • 1 leaf of laurel;
  • 1 onion;

  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • peppercorns;
  • vegetable oil.

We will prepare this dish step by step:

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes, and then put them in a pan, add water and put on fire.
