Pea soup with pork

Ingredients Composition:

  • pork - 330 g;
  • peas - 125 g;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots (medium) - 2 pcs.;
  • potatoes - 2 tubers;
  • allspice - 5 peas;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • dill;
  • salt.

Work Stages:

  1. We wash the peas, fill with a liter of cold water, leave for 8 hours. Then re-clean, combine with clean water and set to boil. In the process of cooking, remove the foam, and when the composition boils, salt the broth. Cook over medium heat for 42 minutes. By the way, peas should not turn into mashed potatoes, but remain almost whole, as before cooking.
  2. Grind the pork in small sticks. Fry the meat until rosy for 3-4 minutes in a hot pan. Add the onion chopped into cubes, after a few minutes we attach the grated carrots.
  3. We shift the frying with pork to peas, combine the mixture with spices.
  4. We introduce peeled and diced potatoes.
  5. Cook under the lid for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the soup into plates, sprinkle with chopped dill. Serve with toast and vegetables.

Important! The longer the peas are soaked, the less they need to be cooked in the end.

Cooking with beef

Necessary components:

  • Quality meat - 325 g;
  • peas - 220 g;
  • potatoes - 4 tubers;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 10 g;
  • vegetable oil - 45 g;
  • salt - ½ tsp;
  • any greenery is a bunch.

Work Stages:

  1. We wash the peas, after which we leave to soak for 5-7 hours in cold water.
  2. We divide the beef with the right size portions, then boil it, not forgetting to remove the foam in the process.
  3. Peel the prepared peas again, pour hot broth. Cook for 30 minutes.
  4. We chop the vegetables in the usual way, cut the potatoes into small slices.
  5. From onions and carrots we make frying in vegetable oil, we send pieces of tubers to soup.
  6. Add tomato paste to vegetables, mix the composition, then transfer to a pan.
  7. Cooled meat is cut into thin strips, put into a practically finished dish. Mix the composition, salt, season with your favorite spices.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle the first dish with beef chopped herbs.

How to cook with chicken

Ingredients:

  • chicken meat - 550 g;
  • peas - 380 g;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - 15 ml;
  • onions (medium) - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots (large) - 1 pc.;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • salt - ½ tsp

Work Stages:

  1. Pour the washed and peeled peas with water, leaving the ingredient to infuse for 6-8 hours.
  2. Grind onions and carrots in small cubes.
  3. Boil chicken (preferably fillet) until cooked. On the resulting broth, prepare pre-processed peas.
  4. We divide the meat into small pieces.
  5. Fry vegetables in oil, combine with chicken. Salt the composition, mix, simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. When the peas are almost cooked, add the diced potatoes to the pan.
  7. After 10 minutes, we season the soup with meat roasting.
  8. Bring to a boil, drop the lavrushka, simmer foods under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
  9. When the dish is almost ready, taste it, if necessary add some more salt and spices (optional).

To do this, you need to have these products:

  • peas - 1 tbsp .;
  • smoked meat - 320 g;
  • potato - 3 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 15 ml;
  • greens - a bunch;
  • ground pepper - ½ tsp;
  • salt - 3 g;
  • water - 2.5 l.

Work Stages:

  1. We clean the peas in water, drain the liquid, then fill the pan with clean liquid and leave for 6 hours. We wash the swollen beans again, send the dishes with the product to the stove. Cook without salt until the ingredient is ready.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices. Grind carrots and onions as needed to prepare the frying. Smoked meat is chopped with thin strips.
  3. We pass the vegetables in sunflower oil for 3 minutes until they acquire a golden hue.
  4. Add the meat to the pea pan, mix the composition, make the fire less. Throw potatoes into the container, cook for 15 minutes.
  5. We attach the frying, salt the broth. Bring the soup to the desired condition for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Grind the herbs, pour into the pan, finish cooking. Give the dish to brew for 5 minutes.

We serve the soup with rye crackers or freshly baked bread to the table.
