Ingredients:

  • small white cabbage;
  • 3 pcs. onions and tomatoes;
  • 200 g celery root;
  • one and a half liters of tomato juice;

  • 2 Bulgarian green peppers;
  • greens, salt, any hot spices.

Important: do not cook soup for the future. The optimal amount is for 1 day. Slimming food should be freshly prepared. After standing in the refrigerator at night, it loses its beneficial properties.

What to make soup:

  • half a head of cauliflower and broccoli;
  • half zucchini and sweet pepper;
  • 1 large potato;
  • 1 onion and carrot;
  • 2 handfuls of beans (chilli) and peas (frozen);
  • 1 medium-sized tomato;
  • 2 stalks of celery;
  • clove of garlic;
  • any greens.

 

Cooking Method:

  1. Pour 2 liters of water into the pan and wait until it boils. During this time, prepare the vegetables.
  2. Defrost peas and beans, dice potatoes and zucchini. Broccoli and cauliflower divided into convenient parts. Pass carrots, garlic and onions through a grater.
  3. In boiling water, throw zucchini, cauliflower, potatoes and broccoli.
  4. Fry onion and celery for 5 minutes over low heat, add carrots and simmer for the same amount. After that, send the vegetables to the pan.
  5. In the remaining oil, lightly fry the pepper and tomatoes and throw in the future soup too.
  6. Beans and peas send to other ingredients. Cook a quarter of an hour. Turn off the stove, toss the greens and garlic into the pan. Insist 5 minutes, after which the soup will be ready.

  • 4 sprigs of celery;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 3 bay leaves;

  • 50 ml of olive oil;
  • black pepper and salt.

  2. Grind the pumpkin into medium-sized cubes and throw in a saucepan. Pour water, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Rub the ginger and toss into the broth. Blender to turn the soup into mashed potatoes.
  4. Add a little salt and pepper, boil and leave for 10 minutes.

Light weight chicken soup

Components:

  • 2 chicken breasts;
  • 2 pcs. celery stalk and onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 20 g of parsley and dill;

  1. Put the breasts in a pot with cold water and bring to a boil. Then remove the foam.
