We will need:

  • asparagus beans - 200 g;
  • one large onion head;
  • one carrot;
  • three potatoes;
  • four tomatoes;
  • tomato paste - 400-500 ml;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • a bunch of parsley and dill;
  • sugar, salt, pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Wash the beans and cut off the excess elements (tails and veins).
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the garlic.
  4. Chop the carrots into strips.
  5. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  6. In a deep hot pan, send the onion to fry.

  • a pound of green beans;
  • one onion (you can do without it);
  • one large carrot;
  • a pair of garlic cloves;
  • 3 teaspoons 9% vinegar;
  • two bay leaves;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt;
  • sugar;
  • than we will season the carrots: ½ teaspoon of black and red ground peppers, one teaspoon of coriander.

  1. At the washed pods, cut off the ends and cut into 3.5 cm pieces.
  2. Grate the carrots coarsely.
