  • Parmesan - 65 g;
  • Italian herbs, oregano, ground pepper - ½ tsp;

  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • dried herbs (rosemary, paprika, basil) - 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 12 ml;
  • salt - 3 g.

Work Stages:

  1. First, let's get vegetables. We clean the ingredients, then grind: chop the onion and pepper into cubes, the skinless tomatoes into half rings, and rub the carrots on a fine grater.
  2. Fry in a pan with a minimum amount of fat.
  3. After 5 minutes, add the minced chicken, salt the ingredients, season with spices.
  4. We put the paste, pour in the water, combine the resulting composition with seasonings.
  5. Stew under the lid for 10 minutes.
  6. Boil pasta for 5-7 minutes in boiled water. Drain the water, pour on the plates. Spread meat sauce with vegetables on top.

  6. In boiled and slightly brackish water, boil spaghetti - no longer than 8 minutes. We move the component to a colander so that moisture is gone.
