Guacamole with ginger and lemon juice

  • fresh ginger - 1 cm .;
  • pepper and salt.

Cooking:

  1. The first thing you need to do is an avocado - peel the fruits, remove the seeds. Immediately after this, you can transfer the remaining pulp into a mortar and knead to a thick slurry. Pour citrus juice.
  2. Remove half the pepper from the seeds and cut into small squares. Grind white onion and tomato in the same way.

Such a non-trivial version of a popular Mexican snack includes regular sour cream. It makes the taste of the treat softer, more delicate, creamy.

There are no sharp ingredients in the dish, so it can be tasted even by the smallest gourmets.

Cooking:

  1. The first step is to peel the onions. Next - cut it large.
  2. Rinse greens, dry, tear with your hands. The amount of parsley in the snack can be adjusted to your liking.
