  • slices of a wheat loaf - 2 pcs.;
  • baking flour - for dipping cutlets;
  • Refined oil - for frying;
  • salt - a small pinch;
  • finely ground black pepper - a small pinch.

How to cook:

  1. Grind potatoes on a grater or with a blender, add hercules flakes.
  2. Slices of rolls in advance put in a separate bowl and fill with cow's milk or distilled water, then knead and spread in a potato-herculean mixture.
  3. The next step is to add chicken, minced meat, salt and pepper to the prepared ingredients.
  4. Mix the resulting mixture and leave for about 25 minutes, so that the oatmeal absorbed excess moisture.
  5. From the prepared meat we form cutlets and cover them with a thin layer of flour over the entire surface. It is permissible to use crackers or semolina instead.
  6. Fry meat products in a pan with a thick bottom on both sides (7 - 10 minutes for each).

How to cook from turkey

Turkey meat is considered an ideal option for making cutlets. A variety of spices perfectly combine with it, so you can show imagination and bring original notes to the taste of the dish.

Ingredients:

  • turkey meat fillet (part of the carcass you have chosen) - 900 g;
  • semisweet bulb - 1 head;
  • chicken egg (category c0) - 2 pcs.;
  • cloves of garlic - 3 pcs.;
  • slices of white bread - 3 pcs.;
  • cow's milk - 50 g;
  • finely ground black pepper - a small pinch;
  • salt - a small pinch;
  • Refined oil - for frying.

How to cook:

  1. Scroll in a meat grinder a turkey, divided into pieces, and then the onion head and garlic cloves.
  2. To the meat and onions we add slices of bread soaked previously in milk or drinking water, an egg and thoroughly knead the components.
  3. We fashion each cutlet, roll it in the flour mixture, and transfer it to an intensely hot pan. We cook cutlets, frying them for 5 minutes on both sides.

  • salt - a small pinch;
  • coarse black pepper - a small pinch.

For cutlets, you should use either self-prepared minced meat, or purchase finished products in a store.

How to cook:

  1. Soak the bread slices in boiled water or cow's milk for 10 minutes, then we rid the bread of excess moisture and add to the forcemeat.
  2. Next, we introduce the finely chopped onion head, chicken egg, garlic cloves chopped in garlic ginger, salt, pepper and meat spices (optional).
  3. Forcemeat intensively knead and beat off on the working surface of the table.
  4. From the minced meat we form portioned cutlets.
  5. The formed products are transferred to a baking sheet, greased with refined oil, and baked in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees 35 minutes.

In the oven, pork minced meatballs can even be eaten by those who follow their figure, since baked dishes are cooked without excess fat.

Mixed minced meat cutlets

Cutlets prepared according to the proposed recipe are distinguished by special tenderness and incredible taste, and even a novice hostess can cook them. They are prepared from minced chicken and minced pork meat, which gives this dish a special flavor palette.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat of pork and chicken carcass - each 400 g;
  • semisweet onions - 2 heads;
  • garlic cloves - 4 pcs.;
  • sour cream 20% fat - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • “Russian” mustard - 1 tsp;
  • fresh herbs (dill) - a small bunch;
  • seasoning hops-suneli - 1 tsp;
  • baking flour - for deboning;
  • oil - for frying;
  • salt is a small pinch.

How to cook:

  1. You can buy both types of minced meat in the store, or you can cook them yourself by scrolling the meat pieces twice in a meat grinder.
  2. In the minced meat we add suneli hop, sour cream, mustard, finely chopped greens and garlic cloves, passed through a garlic squeezer. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. From the prepared mixture we form cutlets of the usual shape and roll them in flour.
  4. Fry products on both sides until browning.

Many people think that these cutlets are very difficult to cook at home, and you can try the classic Kiev cutlets in a restaurant only.Develop this myth and delight your family members with this interesting dish.

Ingredients:

  • chicken carcass fillet - 2 pcs.;
  • creamy spread - 200 g;
  • dill greens - a small bunch;
  • chicken eggs (category c0) - 4 pcs.;
  • baking flour - for breading cutlets;
  • Wheat loaf - for breading (replacement for ready-made bread crumbs is acceptable);
  • flavourless refined oil - for frying;
  • salt - a small pinch;
  • freshly ground black pepper - a small pinch.

How to cook:

  1. The cooked fillet without bone is washed and dried with paper towels. We bend a small part of the chicken fillet from a large edge, make a small incision and beat off the entire surface of the meat breast with a kitchen hammer, then salt the billet for the future cutlet.
  2. Preparing the filling. From butter we form a semblance of “sausage”, with a girth of about 2 cm. Season the resulting slice of oil with salt and pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped dill greens over the entire surface.
  3. We put the oil "sausage" on the fillet and very carefully, tightly twist it.
  4. After all preforms are wrapped in a similar way, they must be soaked in flour and sent to freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. While the cutlets freeze, prepare the breading ingredients. On a grater with small holes, grind yesterday's loaf. Beat the chicken eggs in a separate bowl.
  6. Fry the dish in a pan with a thick bottom with plenty of oil. Before frying, dip each cutlet first in an egg, then in flour, again in an egg and, finally, in breadcrumbs. Fry chicken cutlets for about 20 minutes.

  • salt, a mixture of peppers - on a small pinch.

How to cook:

  1. With the independent preparation of minced meat, it is necessary to scroll the fish fillet through a meat grinder, or chop finely and finely.
  2. Add the onion head, grated carrots, eggs, spices, salt and pepper to taste, minced into thin quarters of rings. All ingredients are thoroughly kneaded until a uniformly homogeneous mass is created.
  3. We leave the cooked minced meat in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
