Sour cream sauce - a universal recipe

Making sour cream sauce is the easiest according to the classic recipe. Be sure, it will be the perfect complement to almost everything that you traditionally serve for dinner.

Essential Ingredients:

• 200 g sour cream;
• two tablespoons of flour;
• spices to taste, salt.

1. Place the indicated amount of flour in a frying pan, heated over low heat, and fry a little, so that the color becomes rosy.
2. Gently start adding sour cream, which is pre-seasoned with spices, and constantly stir the composition. It’s better to even beat it with a whisk so that there are no lumps at all.
3. Cook the mixture for a couple of minutes on low heat until it becomes thicker, remove and serve.

With garlic

Sour cream garlic sauce is prepared as quickly as the classic version, but it comes out more piquant. It goes well with fish, chicken and various beer snacks.

Essential Ingredients:

• fresh herbs and any seasonings as you wish;
• garlic - a few cloves, proceed from your preferences;
• about 200 grams of sour cream or as needed.

• 150 milliliters of cream.

1. Heat the pan well, but only over low heat, put the flour in it and fry it a little until a rosy color forms.
2. Combine the cream with sour cream, add seasonings and pour this mixture into the pan. Immediately stir, without ceasing, to the desired consistency.
3. Cook the composition for a couple of minutes without increasing the heat, then remove from the stove and water the finished meatballs.

Sour cream sauce for fish

Sour cream fits very well with almost all seafood, so why not make fish sauce? This dressing will give the dish a special tenderness and rich creamy taste.

Components for the sauce:

• any seasonings as you wish;
• 20 grams of flour;
• about 400 scales of sour cream, best not oily;
• approximately 30 grams of butter.

Cooking process:

1. We fill the flour in a pan, which was previously heated over low heat.
2. Constantly interfering, bring it to a beautiful golden color and introduce the butter so that the mass comes out with small lumps.
3. Pour sour cream. It is better to take it not oily, otherwise the sauce will come out very thick.

5. Hold the composition on the stove for just another minute, so that it becomes thicker, and remove from the stove.

For chicken

No less delicious is the chicken sauce. It is suitable for serving ready-made meat, for baking and even for snacks, such as nuggets.

Essential Ingredients:

• a small bunch of fresh herbs and seasoning to your taste;
• approximately 200 milliliters of milk and the same amount of sour cream;
• 2 to 3 cloves of garlic.

Cooking process:

1. Transfer sour cream to any container, add greens to it, which must first be finely chopped. Best for sauce, parsley, dill and cilantro.
2. We mix everything well, put the garlic, passed through a press or just grated.
3. Sprinkle seasoning with spices. Be sure to add salt and ground pepper. Mix the mass again until smooth.
4. If you are going to serve a snack or a ready-made chicken, then the sauce can be left in this form.
5. In case of baking, frying or stewing, pour warm milk into the mixture and add the sauce to the dish.

With mushrooms

Essential Ingredients:

• one small onion;
• about 250 grams of champignons or other mushrooms;
• a glass of sour cream;
• various seasonings and herbs to your liking.

Cooking process:

1. Cut the selected mushrooms into small slices. Grind the onions into small cubes and put the food in a pan.
2. Stew the ingredients over medium heat until all the moisture that has formed leaves the mushrooms and they become more rosy.
3. Fried mushrooms with onions, mix with sour cream, put finely chopped herbs and spices, salt and pepper mix.
4. First, mix everything well, and then slightly beat in a blender so that the mass becomes more uniform and large pieces of mushrooms do not come into it.

Sour cream sauce

Essential Ingredients:

• two tablespoons of butter and the same amount of flour;
• one small onion;
• Put spices as you wish;
• packaging of sour cream weighing 400 grams;
• 30 grams of tomato paste or tomato puree.

Cooking process:

1. Put the flour in a heated pan, the fire level should be slightly below average.
2. Lightly fry until it becomes rosy, then add oil. Knead well, pour sour cream and constantly stir the sauce for another 6 to 8 minutes so that unpleasant lumps do not form.
3. Season the mixture with seasonings, you can also add a little crushed garlic.
4. In another pan, send the onion, chopped into cubes. Fry it until golden brown, add tomato paste or mashed potatoes and keep the products on the fire for some more time.
5. Mix the sour cream mass with tomato and continue cooking for another five minutes. Now the sauce is ready!

Cooking with mustard

Another very easy and gentle option for making sour cream sauce.

It is great for dressing vegetable salads and egg snacks.

Required Products:

• one tablespoon of non-burning mustard;
• seasonings to your liking;
• 1 tsp vinegar
• two tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil;
• about 250 grams of sour cream.

Cooking process:

1. Place the indicated amount of the selected oil in the container, put a little mustard on it and mix well so that the components are evenly distributed and form a uniform mixture.
2. Carefully introduce sour cream into it. Constantly mix the sauce, bringing to the desired state.
3. Pour a little vinegar, put spices, crush with salt and a mixture of peppers. With the latter, do not overdo it, since mustard already gives some sharpness. You can also put a pinch of sugar in the sauce.
4. Knead the resulting dressing and use it to serve the selected dish.
As can be seen from the proposed recipes, sour cream-based sauce is very simple to prepare.
