  4. Peel the fruits, removing the skin, seeds.
  5. Cut them into cubes, immediately pouring citrus juice.
  6. The juice should be evenly distributed, so the apples are mixed. So they are not wilted.
  7. Put oil in a frying pan, wait until it warms up.
  8. Pour apples into butter.
  9. Sprinkle with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  10. Stir the fruit over high heat so that the syrup does not burn.
