For those who like sharper food, I suggest the following recipe. Korean carrots and mushrooms fried with onions, seasoned with allspice, are added to the appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • smoked chicken - 300 g;
  • fresh champignons - 400 g;
  • large onion - 1 pc.;
  • potato - 1 pc.;
  • Korean carrots - 200 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste.

Operating procedure:

  1. I cut mushrooms and onions, fry, sprinkled with salt and pepper. Cool and strain off the fat in a colander.
  2. I boil eggs and potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
  3. I sort the chicken into fibers, rub cheese on a fine grater.
  4. I lay the products on a flat dish in layers, smearing them with mayonnaise. First comes the potato, then the bird, mushrooms with onions, eggs, Korean carrots.
  5. I sprinkle the top with grated cheese, send in the refrigerator for an hour. When serving, you can decorate the salad with sprigs of greenery.

Important! Carefully squeeze Korean carrots from the juice before adding to the dish, otherwise it will quickly “float”.

  • prunes - 250 g;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 100 g.

How do I make mushroom salad:

  1. I soak the prunes in cold water, then wash, finely chop and mix with the garlic passed through the press.
  2. I sort the chicken into fibers, boil the eggs and carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
  3. I strain the canned mushrooms from the marinade and leave them whole. They will be salad dressing.
  4. I spread the products in layers on a flat dish, not forgetting to coat with mayonnaise. The order is: carrots, chicken, prunes with garlic, eggs.
  5. Before serving, when the dish is infused for at least an hour, decorate the top with whole mushrooms.

Ingredients:

  • chicken - 300 g;
  • fresh champignons - 300 g;

  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • walnuts (peeled) - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;

  • salt to taste.

How do I cook a hearty snack:

  1. I cook chicken and eggs, cool and chop with a knife.
  2. I fry the mushrooms with onions until cooked, lay them in a colander.
  3. I rub cheese and garlic on a fine grater, combine and add a little mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  4. I chop the kernels with a rolling pin or blender. You can skip them through a meat grinder.
