You can take other seasonings, but choose not spicy, as the dish should turn out tender. Provencal herbs, a mixture of dried herbs and vegetables ("Maggi 10 vegetables and herbs", "Prypryvych 12 vegetables and herbs" and other similar ones) are suitable.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, as for goulash. Rinse, place on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
  2. In a pan, you need to heat the sunflower oil, put the chicken in one layer in it, fry over high heat on both sides. It is important to put the meat in a hot pan and fry over high heat, so the juice will not come out of the pieces.

  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 200 grams of any hard cheese (you can take processed soft);
  • a glass of cream;
  • a spoonful of butter;
  • sunflower oil for frying;
  • salt and spicy seasonings.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the fillet, wash and dry. Put in hot oil, fry until blush.
  2. Pepper, cut in any way, simmer until soft in butter.
  3. Pour the cream into pepper, bring to a boil, then chop with a blender.
  4. Pour the sauce into the chicken, add salt and seasonings, simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. 5 minutes before cooking, add grated hard cheese to the chicken or lay soft cream cheese. While stirring, wait until the cheese has completely dissolved.

  • 4-6 legs or thighs;
  • a glass of cream or milk;
  • 1 pod of chili pepper or 2 teaspoons of Georgian adjika (the difference from the Russian in the ingredients: Russian with the addition of tomatoes, and Georgian - no);
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • a glass of chicken stock;
  • two onions;
  • a tablespoon of flour;
  • salt and black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Wash and dry the chicken legs.
  2. Pass the chili through a meat grinder, mix with salt and pepper (if using adjika, it should already be salty, so add only pepper), grate the chicken. Leave to marinate for 40 minutes.

Of the products required:

  • a pound of chicken;
  • 300 grams of mushrooms;
  • a glass of cream;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • a tablespoon of flour;
  • 30 grams of butter;
  • salt and seasoning.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut the fillet, wash and dry. Next, pieces need to be fried until blush in a pan greased with sunflower oil.
  2. If you use wild mushrooms, boil them first (honey mushrooms - 20 minutes, mushrooms and traps - 15-20 minutes, butter - 10-15 minutes). Champignons can be used without boiling.
  3. Cut the mushrooms, fry until cooked in butter, add the crushed garlic 2-3 minutes before removing from heat.
  4. Fry the flour (this can not be done, but the fried sauce is more delicious), add cream or milk, mushrooms to it. Cook for 10 minutes, then grind in a blender until smooth.
  5. Pour the creamy-mushroom sauce to the chicken, salt and add seasonings, simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  1. Cut the fillet, wash it, dry it, fry it in sunflower oil.
  2. Tomatoes need to be cut into slices, placed in a saucepan and simmer over high heat until almost all the liquid has evaporated. The consistency should be like that of a liquid puree.Add basil, dill, salt and pepper, cream, bring to a boil.

  • 200-300 grams of mushrooms;
  • 2-3 pickles;
  • a glass of cream;
  • 200 grams of hard cheese;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • small onion;
  • salt and black pepper.

How to cook pickled julienne? Incredibly simple and fast!

  1. As in all previous cases, we cut the fillet, wash it, dry it with a towel, fry it to a crust.
  2. Slice cucumbers and mushrooms. First, fry the mushrooms with chopped onion in butter, then add the cucumbers. Simmer until all liquid has boiled.
  3. Add cream to mushrooms and cucumbers, salt (do not overdo it, cucumbers are also salty), pepper, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Mix all the ingredients, but use only one half of the cheese.
  6. Arrange the julienne mixture in pots, put the remaining cheese on top. Can be placed in one baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

From yogurt

  • salt;
  • ground red paprika;
  • 100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes;

  • half a lemon;

  • a teaspoon of sugar.

Cooking:

  1. Divide the chicken into parts: 4 pieces of the breast, half legs (shank and thigh), wings. Take the back to the freezer, somehow cook the broth from it!
