Sweet Banana and Cherry Roll Recipe

This is not only a very delicious dessert, but also low-calorie. They can well be pampered even during the diet.

Ingredients:

  • rice paper - 3 sheets;
  • ripe bananas - 80-100 g;
  • cherries and low-fat cottage cheese - 100-120 g each;
  • honey - 10-15 g.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the banana. Cut into strips.
  2. Sour cherries. If these are frozen berries, then they must first be thawed and the excess liquid drained.
  3. Melt the honey in a water bath and send to the curd. Mix the ingredients well.
  4. Each sheet of rice paper is immersed in a container of warm water for a couple of seconds. They should become soft and supple.
  5. Lay the sheets on a horizontal surface, grease with a curd, slightly departing from the edges.
  6. Put a few berries and banana slices on the near edge of each. Roll up the constructions with a tight roll, after closing the filling. It is for this that the edges remain free.
  7. Put the dessert in the freezer for 25 minutes. Gently cut with a sharp knife.

Making a dessert with chocolate

As a basis, you can take any pancakes prepared with milk or cream. Just in the dough you will need to pour 2-3 large spoons of quality cocoa.

Ingredients:

  • not too thin chocolate pancakes - 6 pcs.;
  • cream cheese - 280-300 g;
  • milk chocolate - half the bar;
  • powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsp.l .;
  • orange and apple - 1 pc.;
  • grated chocolate - for decoration.

Cooking:

  1. For the filling, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. You can add vanilla sugar, cinnamon or other favorite spices to taste.
  2. Cut the skin off the apple, remove the seed box from the fruit. Cut the remaining parts into small cubes. Peel the orange, cut it into slices, and then cut the soft parts between the partitions with a sharp knife.
  3. Melt the chocolate.
  4. First cover each pancake with a creamy cheese mass, then pour over chocolate and sprinkle with pieces of fruit. Next - gently roll. If you want to give the blanks exactly the shape of the rolls, then you should use a bamboo mat in the process.
  5. Place all the resulting spring rolls on a cutting board and send for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Then - carefully cut with a very sharp knife.

Garnish the dessert with grated chocolate and serve immediately.

Creamy syrup dish

You can take any fruit / berry syrup for this treat option. For example, strawberry goes well with it.

 

Ingredients:

  • thin sweet omelet - 4 servings;
  • cream cheese (best - “Philadelphia”) - 750-800 g;
  • icing sugar - to taste;
  • Kiwi - 1 pc.;
  • grapes - 8 pcs.;
  • pineapple - a pair of lobules;
  • strawberry syrup - ¼ st.

Cooking:

  1. Cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar. You can make the filling sweeter or, conversely, minimize the amount of sugar, because it is also in syrup.
  2. All fruits are cut arbitrarily.
  3. First cover each portion of omelet with creamy filling, then pour a thin stream of strawberry syrup on it. And finally, lay out the pieces of fruit in random order.
  4. Using a mat, roll up the blanks and iron on all sides.

Cut each roll into pieces. To make it easier, the knife must be constantly moistened with cold water and wiped with a clean cloth.

Original treat with marmalade

For the base of such a dessert, both ordinary and chocolate pancakes are suitable.

Ingredients:

  • icing sugar - 75-80 g;

Cooking:

  1. For the filling, combine the cheese and icing sugar. The amount of the latter can be increased or decreased to your liking.
  2. Marmalade cut into small pieces. Mix colored cubes in a common bowl.
  3. Pour marmalade into the cheese mass. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Cover each pancake with the filling. Roll it up with a mat.
  5. Send the blanks to the freezer for about 20 minutes. Cut them into small rolls with a sharp knife.

Serve sweet pancake rolls to the table with chocolate or strawberry sauce.

Fruit spring rolls

This light dessert turns out not only tasty, but also bright, juicy, truly summer. For the filling of spring rolls, you can use a variety of fruits and berries.

Ingredients:

  • rice paper - 4-6 small sheets;
  • strawberries - 6-7 pcs.;
  • Kiwi, apple, pear, mango, banana - 2 pcs.;
  • honey, lime juice, water - 2 tbsp each. l .;
  • dark chocolate - 1 bar;
  • cream - 50-60 ml.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare and cut all the fruits and berries into strips.
  2. Moisten rice paper with cold water on both sides. On each sheet put a portion of the filling, carefully roll it in the form of a roll. Do not chop!
  3. Melt the chocolate with cream.
  4. Separately mix honey with water and lime juice.
