What ingredients should I take:

  • 3 mackerels;
  • a kilogram of fresh potatoes;
  • 2 onion heads;
  • salt and a pinch of ground red, black, white pepper.

To cook mackerel with potatoes in the oven, we observe the following sequence:

  1. Prepare the fish: it needs to be washed, gutted, removed from the carcass head, fins.
  2. After drying the mackerel, we make vertical cuts across the carcass. The distance between them is 3-4 cm.
