- purified water.

Pharmacological properties
The composition contains three active components, each of which has a specific mechanism of work. Therefore, the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of the drug relative to each individual substance should be considered.
Salbutamol reduces bronchospasm and is able to increase vital pulmonary volume. It is easily absorbed upon penetration into the body, has a high bioavailability. Bromhexine is an expectorant that is completely absorbed from the stomach within half an hour. Moreover, the substance has low bioavailability, that is, only a small part is brought to its destination. This is due to passage through the liver. The drug component is able to penetrate the placenta. It is excreted by the kidneys within 15 hours, however, if there is a violation in their work, the speed may decrease. Repeated administration entails possible accumulation in the tissues.
