  1. We break the eggs into the bowl, pour one glass of plain white sugar and a bag of vanillin. Bring the products with a mixer to a foamy state.
  2. Pour milk into the resulting mass, add sliced ​​melted butter in pieces. Next we send the sifted high-quality white wheat flour, baking powder and cocoa. We mix everything.
  3. Turn on the oven and wait until it warms up to 180 ° C. We place the liquid chocolate dough in a refractory form, set to bake for 30-40 minutes.
  4. While preparing the crumpet, make a cream. Mix sour cream with five tablespoons of sugar and lemon juice.
  5. We take the biscuit from the oven, wait for it to cool, divide it into three parts.

  2. Bananas (with a fork, a blender or with a grater) are turned into mashed potatoes.
  3. Add yogurt and mix until smooth.
  4. Now, with a mixer, beat the butter and sugar. It turns out a creamy paste in which we place only the egg yolks. Beat again, then attach the banana puree, mix everything, send the workpiece to the refrigerator.
  5. After half an hour we get this mass, we continue to work with it. Kneading, pour the dry ingredients in parts.
  6. Using a mixer, we create a lush texture of egg proteins, add it to the dough. Gently mix, being careful not to knock down the foam.
  7. Turn on the preheat oven. We need a temperature of 200 ° C.

  • 2 tsp cognac.

Step by step cooking:

  1. First, divide the eggs into proteins and yolks.
  2. We don’t take all the sugar, but only 200 g. Mix it with flour and cocoa.
  3. We send egg yolks and milk to this bulk mixture. We brew on moderate heat, constantly stirring the composition.
  4. When the mass is heated, throw broken chocolate into it. We are waiting for it to dissolve and begin to thicken. Turn off the stove.
  5. Add softened creamy fat to the hot cream base, mix and wait until all this cools down.
  6. We make impregnation for cakes. Dissolve the remaining sugar in 100 g of water, add cognac to the syrup.
