Manufacturer, official website

The Russian confectionery industry began its successful development with the appearance in 1881 of the country's first chocolate factory, the merchant Maslennikov in Yaroslavl. Then, in 1902, the Belfort factory started by entrepreneur Kuznetsov, thanks to the sweet products of which Russian chocolate was recognized all over the world.

After a certain period of decline in the confectionery industry, the successful manufacturer of chocolate, the Boucheron chocolate company Manchester Enterprise, decided to revive the successful traditions. She opened a factory in Yaroslavl in 2011.

At first, the scope of the enterprise was the development and production of tea and coffee products. In 2013, the first chocolate bars left the assembly line. And in 2015, the company received European recognition, thanks to which it was able to work according to high quality standards.

In September 2016, a small reorganization took place, after which the Yaroslavl factory received a new official owner - Sobranie LLC.

The company’s website indicates that today about 300 employees work at the factory. And Busheron chocolate is produced using not only raw materials from a Swiss partner, but also with the borrowing of recipes and equipment of a high European standard.
