Cooking method:

  2. Pre-cooked meat is slightly fried on both sides in a pan.

  5. Break the eggs into a bowl, mix them with milk (warm), pour two tablespoons of flour and grated cheese.
  6. In the middle of the baking dish put the meat. Potatoes are laid around the edges around the schnitzels and sprinkled with plenty of mushrooms. Top with milk-egg mixture and sprinkle with chopped onions.

Ingredients:

  • a pound of pork pulp;

Cooking method:
