  1. Grind the onions on a grater and combine with minced meat. Drive 1 egg there, salt, pepper. Introduce cream, mix.

  3. Dip in a beaten egg, then in crackers. Fry.

  • breadcrumbs for breading - 150 g;

  1. Grind the fillet by passing it through a meat grinder.
  2. Add minced salt and pepper. Form oblong workpieces.
  3. Beat the egg. Roll the workpiece in flour, then in beaten egg mixture and in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in a well-heated pan.

The secret of taste lies in the proper breading, it is thanks to it that the chicken mince schnitzel is juicy and tender inside.

Cooking in a pan

It is very easy to cook minced meat schnitzel in a pan with mushrooms.Despite this, the dish is simply delicious: fragrant and mouth-watering. For frying, it is better to use a deep cast iron skillet or deep fryer. To get the fried crust, you need to pre-heat the oil well and only then lay out the workpieces.

 

Necessary components:

  • minced meat - 500 g;
  • mushrooms - 5-6 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • greens, salt and pepper - as needed.

Sequencing:

  1. Mix chopped meat with egg, salt and spices.
  2. Make 2-3 workpieces of minced meat, roll in flour. Fry them in a pan.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into slices, salt and fry them.
  4. Grind the cheese.
  5. Put the billets in a pan, sprinkle them with mushrooms and cheese. Cover with a lid and hold for 3-4 minutes at minimum heat so that the cheese melts.

How to make pork and egg delicious

Necessary components:

  • pork - about 0.4 kg;
  • potatoes - 2 tubers;
  • bow - head;
  • hard cheese - 75 g;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt and pepper - at personal discretion.

Sequencing:

  1. Skip the chopped pork, potatoes and onions through a meat grinder.
  2. Beat the egg into the mass, add the garlic passed through the press, add salt and pepper.
  3. Knead the mass and refrigerate for half an hour to make it more uniform and dense.
  4. Divide the chilled mass into 4 servings. From each of them make an oblong cake with a recess in the middle (you need to focus on the size of the eggs).
  5. Put the blanks on a baking sheet and bake for half an hour.
  6. Grate cheese, take out products and sprinkle them evenly with chips.
  7. Gently pour an egg into each recess. At the edges, make small sides of cheese chips so that the egg mass does not spread.
  8. Put the pan back into the oven for a quarter of an hour.

Serve hot. The yolk can be baked completely and left a little liquid. Optionally, at the very end of the portion, sprinkle with chopped greens dill or parsley. The dish is very satisfying and does not require a side dish. It is enough to put it on lettuce leaves and nicely arrange it with vegetable slices (tomatoes and cucumbers will do just fine).

  • salt with pepper and oil - as needed.

Cooking process:

  1. Make minced meat, salt and season it. Stir and beat well. It should get a dense and plastic mass.
  2. Divide it into 4 parts and each roll into a flat cake.
  3. Beat eggs, dip dough in them, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Serve with any side dish.
