To speed up the process of marinating meat, kefir is combined with lemon. As a result, pork instantly softens. Ingredients: 1.5 kg tenderloin, medium lemon, large onion, 550 ml of bio-ether, 3 juicy ripe tomatoes, salt, a mixture of spices for barbecue, fresh dill.
