Fresh champignons are very easy to turn into an original hot appetizer. It is most convenient to cook it in the oven. You can just bake mushrooms with spices or experiment with toppings, but according to any recipe, mushrooms in the oven turn out to be tasty and unusual.

Whole baked champignons in the oven

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilogram of fresh mushrooms;
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar;
  • a mixture of Provencal herbs to taste;
  • fresh garlic;
  • olive oil;
  • 3 dessert spoons of soy sauce.

Cooking:

  1. For an appetizer according to such a recipe, it is better to choose medium-sized mushrooms with tight closed hats. They need to be washed well, removing all impurities, and trim the legs.
  2. Pour mushrooms into a bowl, add vinegar, mashed garlic (quantity to taste) and all remaining liquid components. Pour grass. You do not need to add salt; soy sauce will perform its task.
  3. Mushrooms will marinate in a fragrant mixture for a quarter of an hour. In the process, you need to mix them a couple of times.
  4. Together with the spicy liquid, move the mushrooms into the baking dish and send it to the preheated oven.
  5. Bake the treat at 190 ° C for about half an hour. In the process, stir and water the allocated juices. Mushrooms in the oven will turn out to be completely rosy and will noticeably decrease in size.

The treat can be served as a hot or cold appetizer, or even as a side dish for meat.

Cheese recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilogram of mushrooms;
  • 1 tbsp. finely grated cheese;
  • 3 tbsp. l classic mayonnaise;
  • butter;
  • garlic;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse all the mushrooms and cut their legs as close to the hat as possible. It is convenient to do this with a thin sharp knife.
  2. Put the hats in a heat-resistant form with the hole up close to each other.
  3. Put a piece of butter in each base.
  4. Mix cheese with salted mayonnaise and add mashed garlic.
  5. Put the filling in mushrooms on top of the butter.

  • 12 pcs large fresh champignons;
  • 70 g of butter;
  • fresh greens;
  • garlic;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l fat cream;

  • salt and pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Remove the legs from the prepared champignons so that a stuffing space forms inside the hats. Put the resulting workpieces into a mold and add a little oil to each.
  2. To fill in hot oil, fry onion slices with finely chopped mushroom legs. Add garlic, herbs and cream. Salt, pepper and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Stuff the hats with butter from the pan.
  4. Top up the workpiece with grated cheese. The more it will be, the tastier the snack will turn out.

Bake mushrooms with cheese and garlic in the oven for a quarter of an hour at 180 - 200 ° C.

Festive dish with bacon

Ingredients:

  • 12 large mushrooms;
  • dried garlic;
  • butter;
  • grated cheese;
  • 5 tbsp. l fat cream;
  • 12 strips of bacon;
  • fresh dill.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse and peeled mushrooms to get rid of legs and viscera. The cap should have a large indentation, but it must be kept intact.
  2. Finely chop the remaining legs, mix with cheese (you need at least ½ cup), dried garlic, cream and softened butter.

Ingredients:

  • a pound of champignons;
  • 1 garlic head;
  • 80 g of classic mayonnaise;
  • paprika and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse thick medium-sized mushrooms and put them in a bag. Add garlic, mayonnaise, salt and paprika to them.
  2. Shake the tied bag so that the marinade is evenly distributed over the mushrooms. Leave them as they are for 80 minutes. Skewers of wood pour boiling water for a quarter of an hour. Then they do not crack in the oven.
  3. Now we cook the mushrooms in mayonnaise with spices, strung on skewers. We put the future kebabs on a baking sheet covered with foil, and bake the mushrooms for about half an hour in a hot oven.

Mushrooms cooked in foil

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of mushrooms;
  • 1 tbsp. grated "Russian" cheese;
  • fresh garlic to taste;
  • salt, spices;
  • classic mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Carefully cut the legs from champignons with a sharp knife.
  2. Place the hats in the mold with the hole up. Add a little chopped garlic to each.
  3. Spread the grated cheese on top and add a little salted mayonnaise with your favorite spices. You can replace it with sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of large mushrooms;
  • 1 head of white onion;
  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 5 dessert spoons of sour cream;

  • 1 tbsp. grated "Dutch" cheese;
  • fresh dill;
  • salt, pepper, lavrushka.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare mushrooms and get rid of the legs.
  2. Put the hats in an oiled round shape denser to each other.
  3. Rinse the poultry fillet, cook until ready with lavrushka and cool directly in the broth. Chop the meat finely and fry it with onions until both ingredients are brown.
  4. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and chopped dill. After a couple of minutes remove the pan from the heat.
  5. Fill the mushroom caps with a slightly cooled mass. Sprinkle with cheese on top.

With minced meat

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 large fresh mushrooms;
  • 150 g of pork or mixed minced meat;
  • 1 egg
  • butter and sunflower oil;
  • spices for minced meat and salt.

Cooking:

  1. In mushrooms, separate the legs from the hats. Last inside salt.
  2. Cut the remaining legs very finely. Do the same with peeled onions and brown these ingredients together.

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes in small pieces. Onions - in half rings. Mushrooms - in large pieces. Champignons can simply be cut into 4 parts.

  • 1 tbsp. l flour;
  • salt, spices;
  • 2 dessert spoons of butter.

Cooking:

  1. To cook champignons in sour cream according to this recipe, you first need to peel, wash and chop them coarsely.
  2. Then fry the mushrooms in butter, along with miniature pieces of onion.
  3. After 8 - 9 minutes add flour, add sour cream, salt and spices.
  4. Bring the mass to a boil and transfer the contents of the pan to a baking dish.
  5. Top up the mushroom mass with grated cheese.
