  • a can of canned tuna - 180 g;
  • ripe tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise of low fat content - 30 g;

  • garlic cloves - 2 cloves;
  • drinking distilled water - 200 ml;
  • salt - a small pinch;
  • freshly ground red pepper - a small pinch.

How to cook:

  1. Initially, boil water in a small saucepan and dip the tomatoes into it for 3 minutes for subsequent removal of the skin. After that, we divide each fruit into slices and remove the core, and finely cut the remaining parts into small squares.
  2. From the canned tuna cans, drain all the liquid and finely grind the product. Mix together chopped tomatoes and tuna in a deep bowl. Season this mixture with mayonnaise.
  3. Grind cheese with fine holes and add to the filling. We knead everything well, salt and pepper according to taste preferences.
  4. In an ordinary frying pan or grill pan, fry the toast bread on both sides, and rub one side (which will come in contact with the cooked filling) with a clove of garlic.
  5. Cover the slices of fried bread with a uniform layer of filling, and put another toast on top.
  6. For 4 - 5 minutes we leave the prepared sandwiches under a press to give them shape.

Important! Toast bread without using butter.

How to cook:

  1. We chop the onion as thin as possible into quarters of the rings. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  2. Grind red fish in any way as desired (into thin slices or small squares).
  3. Cooking marinade for fish. In a small bowl, mix: mayonnaise, chopped onion greens, coriander, half chili (or bell pepper), granulated sugar, ground black pepper and juice of half a lemon.

  • flavourless refined oil - 80 g;
  • lemon juice - half 1 tsp;
