A sandwich is an original English sandwich, which differs from the traditional one in that it is prepared using not one (as usual), but two slices of bread. As a filling for it, as a rule, meat, poultry and all kinds of seafood are used. But the most popular today is still considered a tuna sandwich. There are many different options for its preparation, which, basically, differ among themselves with a set of initial components.

Canned Tuna Simple Sandwich

The classic and perhaps the easiest tuna sandwich is made from canned fish. This option is very convenient, for example, for a quick breakfast in the morning or a light snack during the day.

To make four such sandwiches, you will need:

  • 8 slices of special bread for sandwiches;
  • 2 cans (340 g) canned tuna;
  • 8 g of lemon juice;
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery;
  • 100 - 120 g of mayonnaise;
  • 1 - 2 g of ground pepper;
  • 3 g of salt;
  • a quarter cup of chopped green onions.

Preparing a classic sandwich is very simple:

  1. Open a tin can. Transfer the fish to a colander, rinse under running water, and then pat it dry with a napkin to remove excess moisture.
  2. Finely chop the onion and celery with a knife.
  3. Put the fish in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except bread) and mix thoroughly. The mass should be as homogeneous as possible.
  4. With the prepared mixture, spread 4 slices of bread.
  5. Put one more piece on each of them.

The result is four classic closed sandwiches.

If you suddenly don’t have bread at hand, you can always replace it with a loaf, tortilla or croissant.

Closed egg sandwich

For its preparation in the conditions of home cooking you will need:

  • 2 cans of tuna;
  • 75 g mayonnaise;
  • 0.5 bunch of dill and parsley;
  • sea ​​salt;
  • 6 feathers of green onions;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • black pepper;
  • bread for toast (at the rate of 2 slices per 1 serving).

  • 1 boiled egg;
  • 120 g canned tuna;
  • some mayonnaise;
  • 50 g of cheese.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Cheese grated with large cells.
  2. Peel and chop the egg on the same grater.
  3. Remove the fish from the can, draining the juice first. Transfer to a plate and knead thoroughly.
  4. Add chopped egg with cheese, pour mayonnaise and mix.
  5. Spread a quarter of the prepared mass on one slice of bread and cover it with a second piece. You should get four closed sandwiches.
  6. In the multi-bakery, install the grill panels. Turn on the device. Once the panels have warmed up, lay sandwiches on them and close the lid.Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Lovers of mixed flavors can offer another original recipe for a delicious sandwich.

To prepare it, you will need the following products:

  • ½ loaf of bread (preferably shaped);
  • a can of canned tuna;
  • 1 large tomato;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 20 - 25 g of natural yogurt (without aromas);
  • ½ a celery stalk;
  • a pinch of sea salt and ground pepper;
  • 1 lime.

To make a sandwich correctly, you need:

  1. Finely chop the greens and grate the celery stalk.
  2. Gently remove the zest from the lime, and squeeze the juice from half the pulp.
  3. Mash tuna fish (without juice) with a fork.
  4. Collect prepared foods in one plate and mix.
  5. Cut the bread into slices and lightly brown in the toaster.
  6. Grate dried slices with a slice of peeled garlic.
  7. Cut the tomato into thin slices.
