An appetizing and quick sandwich is prepared from the following ingredients:

  • slices of white toast bread - 6 pcs. (3 pcs per serving);
  • boiled chicken fillet - ½ breast;
  • fleshy tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • crispy fresh cucumbers - 1 pc.;
  • lettuce - 4 leaves;
  • Provence mayonnaise - 2 tsp each. for each serving.

The process of preparing a beautiful and bright snack takes only 5 minutes:

  1. Dry the slices of bread in a toaster or fry in a dry skillet and cool.
  2. Cut the boiled fillet into thick slices.
  3. Washed tomatoes and cucumbers shred in thin circles, removing the tips.
  4. We coat the lower slices with mayonnaise, on which we put the washed and dried salad. Put chicken on the salad, mugs of tomatoes and cucumbers.
  5. Next, place the medium slices of bread, smeared with mayonnaise sauce on both sides. On them we again lay out the tomato, chicken, salad and top slices of bread smeared with mayonnaise.

If the delivery is not planned immediately, you can wrap each sandwich with wax paper.

With cheese

The combination of roast chicken with melting cheese and fresh vegetables becomes a hearty and aromatic snack dish at work and at school.

 

Composition Components:

  • bread for making toasts - 4 pcs.;
  • chicken fillet - 2 halves;
  • small tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • Crimean red onion - 1 pc.;
  • mild spicy adjika - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • cream thin cheese slices - 4 pcs.;
  • chopped parsley and dill - to taste;
  • refined oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • rosemary - 1 branch;
  • coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper - to taste.

The method of preparation in stages:

  1. Sprinkle the fillets from the films and skin with coarse salt and pepper, then fry the meat in hot oil with a branch of odorous rosemary. It is important not to overdo it with rosemary, otherwise the spruce smell will kill the rest of the aromas. After the formation of a crust, close the pan with a lid and cook the meat until soft. Cool and cut the plates across the fibers obliquely.
  2. Cut the tomatoes with cucumbers into slices, chop the onion in half rings.
  3. We coat the bread with spicy adjika, sprinkle with chopped herbs and spread the plates of chicken meat.
  4. We place tomato mugs on the chicken, and on them crispy cucumber-onion assortment.
  5. Next, spread the plates of cheese.
  6. We close the sandwich with the second slice of bread, which before use is also spread on the inside with adjika.
  7. If desired, we warm the sandwiches so that the high layers are slightly tamped, and the cheese turns into a fragrant, stretching mass.

When serving, we cut square sandwiches into triangles diagonally so that a beautiful bright cut is visible.

Delicious Bacon Sandwich

A piquant and satisfying chicken club sandwich is considered a classic for making sandwich snacks.

To create 2 servings of a dish you need:

  • large toast slices of bread - 6 pcs.;
  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs. 250 g each;
  • Crimean onion - 1 pc.;
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • coarse salt and powder pepper - as needed;
  • meaty tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • smoked bacon - 2 slices;
  • lettuce "Iceberg" - 8 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise sauce - 1 tbsp. l in every sandwich;
  • refined oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • fries for serving - as much as you want.

Making a club sandwich at home consists of the following steps:

  1. Sprinkle the meat with salt and powder pepper, fry the chicken until cooked in hot oil in a pan.
  2. Next, fry the bread in a grill pan. If there is no grill, simply dry the slices on a greased butter in a simple frying pan.
  3. Fry the bacon to a crunch, and cut the breast into longitudinal slices. We chop the onion into thin rings, and cut the tomatoes and eggs into rings.
  4. We smear the bread base with mayonnaise, lay out lettuce leaves, chicken pulp and egg circles.
  5. We cover the sandwich with the second slice of bread, grease it with a provencal sauce, lay the salad, put the bacon, onion half rings and tomatoes.
  6. We finish the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread, smeared with mayonnaise.
  7. We cut each sandwich into 2 parts, each of which we pierce with skewers.

We serve the serving with french fries with cheese and tomato sauce.

How to make a mini mushroom sandwich

The closed sandwich with chicken and delicious juicy mushrooms turns into a savory snack or a hearty breakfast. Sandwich served with hot coffee or tea. It is important not to offer sandwiches with carbonated drinks, as a hearty snack complete with sweet soda turns into harmful fast food.

Food set for cooking:

  • rye buns - according to the number of applicants, in our case 4 pieces
  • large mushroom caps - 4 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • small round cheese "Camembert" or "Brie" - 1 pc.;
  • chicken breasts - 1 whole piece;
  • spicy but not spicy French mustard - 4 tsp;
  • refined oil - 3-4 tbsp. l .;
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp;
  • wine vinegar - 2 tsp;
  • dill - to taste;
  • sugar - a pinch;
  • coarse salt, ground pepper and Provence herbs - optional.

The process of creating a dish in stages:

  1. Cut the buns into 2 parts, lightly fry the halves in a dry pan or grill.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Fry rings in vegetable oil with vinegar, sugar and salt.
  3. Mushrooms are cut into plates and also fried.
  4. Pickle the breast in a mixture of vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt with pepper and Provencal herbs for 30 minutes.
  5. Fry meat in hot oil until cooked.
  6. Lubricate the fragrant buns with mustard, cover with cheese slices, on which we put the chicken.
  7. We put mushrooms on the meat and sprinkle with dill.
  8. We cover the second half of the rolls and press a little.

Ready sandwiches are heated on the grill and serve.

Smoked Chicken Option

A fragrant sandwich with smoked chicken and crispy toasted black bread can be served as a snack for unexpected guests.

You will need:

  • black bread - 4 slices;
  • smoked chicken - 1 leg;
  • tomato - 2 pcs.;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • cream cheese - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • granular mustard - 2-3 tsp;
  • green dill - a small bunch;
  • coarse salt and black pepper chopped in a mortar - to taste.

The method of preparation in stages:

  1. To prepare the sauce, mix cream cheese and granular mustard. You can use a simple spicy mustard, but it will add a sharpness to the sandwich, but not a spicy spice.
  2. Finely chop pickles, garlic and dill.
  3. Pour these ingredients into the sauce.
  4. Salt and pepper the resulting paste to taste and knead until smooth.
  5. Lubricate a slice of brown bread with a generous layer of aromatic paste. You can use white bread, but its taste is more neutral.
  6. We cut the tomatoes in circles and send them to bread smeared with sauce.
  7. We tear the leg into fibers and stack on tomato mugs.
  8. We cover the sandwich with the second part of the bread and serve a delicious sandwich to the guests.
