  1. Mix live yeast with warmed milk, flour, season the mixture with sugar and salt.

  • liquid (water or milk) - 300 ml;
  • regular sugar - 50 g;
  • table salt - 10 g.

Procedure:

  1. Prepare a dough of such components: milk or water warmed up to +35 0С, 3 tablespoons of flour, granulated sugar, yeast.
  2. Cover the container with the workpiece, set for fermentation in heat for a quarter of an hour.
  3. Add salt, vegetable fat, the rest of the flour to the dough.
