Ingredients:

  • medium-sized cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • lean beef - 350 g;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 3 prongs;
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • coriander, black pepper - optional;
  • salt, sugar - to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. We wash the meat, dry it and cut into thin cubes. Fry in a pan over high heat until cooked.Two minutes before the end, we attach the onion chopped in half rings to the beef.
  2. Peel the cucumbers from the top peel, cut into bars, salt and leave for 15 minutes to separate the juice.
  3. We release sweet pepper from seeds, chop shavings, put in a salad bowl, add finely chopped garlic to it.
  4. We squeeze cucumbers from excess moisture, add hot pepper, coriander, sugar to them. Knead and attach to the pepper with garlic.
  5. Pour vinegar into the meat with onions, attach the resulting mass to the main salad. We add soy sauce to the mixture, add spices. Mix thoroughly, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak.
