A rare holiday feast goes without salads. As a rule, at least two types of these dishes are put on the table. They are made mixed and puff, decorated with greens, olives, citruses and figured chopped vegetables. And you can also serve salad in tartlets - such an appetizer will look beautiful, festive and guests will definitely like it. You can fill the "baskets" with any ingredients, it all depends on the available products and the hostess's imagination.

Snack tartlets with crab salad

You can quickly and easily cook tartlets with crab salad.

This will require the following components:

  • 200 g of crab product;
  • 2 to 3 eggs;
  • fresh cucumber;
  • green onions;
  • dill;
  • mayonnaise sauce;
  • salt.

Operating procedure:

  1. Boil eggs, cool grind on a grater.
  2. Chop crab sticks, cucumber, dill and green onions.

The following products will be required for the salad:

  • a can of canned tuna;
  • 2 to 3 eggs;
  • onion;
  • lemon;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise;
  • pitted olives by the number of tartlets.

Order of preparation:

  1. Boil eggs, peel and separate the protein from the yolk. First cut into thin strips, grind the second to the state of crumbs.
  2. Mash the fish with a fork and pour over lemon juice. Mix with finely chopped onions and add mayonnaise.
  3. At the bottom of the tartlet, lay the chopped egg white, add a little salt, place the fish and onions on top and sprinkle with crumb from the yolk.

  • can of shrimp;
  • 2 eggs;
  • sweet corn;
  • mayonnaise.

Sequencing:

  1. Boil the eggs, peel and chop finely.
  2. Drain shrimp and corn grains from the marinade.

Using slightly salted red fish, you can make an original and beautiful snack.

For cooking you will need:

  • 250 g of red fish;
  • 2 eggs;
  • dense cheese;
  • mayonnaise;
  • pitted olives.

Order of preparation:

  1. Boil eggs, peel and finely chop. Mix with grated cheese.
  2. Season the egg and cheese mixture with mayonnaise and fill the tartlets with it halfway.
  3. Cut the fish into thin slices. Collapse each of them with a cone resembling a bud, and set on cheese and egg mass. You can supplement the "flower" with a few more "petals" from pieces of fish
  4. Place an olive in the center of each “flower”.

Tip. If the hostess is not sure that she can form “flowers” ​​from fish, you can simply chop all the ingredients, mix and put into tartlets, decorating each serving with olive.

Tartlets with Olivier Salad

The traditional and orderly fed-up Olivier salad can be turned into an original appetizer by serving it in tartlets and changing the composition a little.

For cooking you will need:
