Classic Stolichniy salad with chicken and pickles

Below is a variant of a hearty dish that appeared during the Soviet era. This is not only a delicious snack, but also a full-fledged independent dish for a delicious dinner.

The classic recipe is executed from:

  • large fillet;
  • 2 to 3 potato tubers;
  • similar amount of carrots
  • 4 small pickled cucumbers;
  • half a can of peas;
  • 3 pcs. eggs
  • greens;
  • salt, spices and mayonnaise used as a dressing.

Perhaps the cooking algorithm is known to all:

  1. Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots until cooked.

No peas added

Since the taste that the beans give to the dish is not to everyone's taste, you can execute the recipe without them.

  • 5 eggs;

  • 2 pickles;
  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • salt and some mayonnaise.
