If you have a small piece of boiled meat, you can quickly make a salad with pork. It will turn out quite a satisfying dish, which will surely appeal to a strong soul mate. Some substitute, for example, chicken breast, which is more common among the ingredients. A piece cut into strips will decorate and give a great taste to any snack. Consider several options, and these recipes will definitely remain on your menu.

Salad with pork and mushrooms

It cooks quickly and looks festive on a plate.

Take:

  • 200 g honey mushrooms;
  • onion;
  • 200 g of boiled pork;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 120 g of cheese;
  • 180 g mayonnaise;
  • a jar of corn;
  • parsley for decoration.

The first step is to boil the mushrooms. If they are dried, soak them first, and fresh ones are processed (damaged areas are cut off), washed, poured with cold water. We put on fire, and when foam appears, we change the liquid.

Usually 40 minutes is enough for honey mushrooms to become completely usable, but it depends on the size.

Since the mushrooms will go the last layer, while we begin to collect the base:

  1. Lay the finely chopped piece of meat with the first layer.
  2. We cover it with onions, Passer-fried in sunflower oil.
  3. Apply a layer of mayonnaise.
  4. Next come the boiled eggs, which are previously crushed.
  5. Spread the corn.
  6. Mayonnaise again.
  7. The turn came again. If they are large, then cut. You can just cover the eggs with little ones.
  8. Sprinkle all with grated cheese and decorate with herbs.

Salad with pork and mushrooms is ready.

With pickled onions

Such an onion preparation will give a bright accent to the dish.

Pickling onions is required so that the vegetable loses its bitterness and acquires a spicy sourness.

The amount of ingredients is not indicated, it all depends on your taste. Pickle the onion.It is pre-cleaned, rinsed and cut (in large rings or half rings).

We send to the marinade from boiled water and vinegar (50 ml 2 tsp.). Leave for 15 minutes and drain the liquid. Mix with chopped meat. Add salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise sauce.

You can add chopped greens.

With pickles

  • 2 pickled or pickled cucumbers;
  • 200 g of prepared meat;
  • 2 boiled potatoes;

  • 2 tsp vinegar (9%).

You will need to prepare only one ingredient, which must be pre-marinated. To do this, pour 50 ml of cold boiled water into a small cup, add sugar and vinegar. Stir well and lower the onion chopped in half rings. Leave for 15 minutes.

In a cup, mix, cut into strips a piece of pork, diced cucumbers and potatoes, chopped greens. Drain the liquid from the onion and send to the rest of the products. Dress with mayonnaise and serve salad with pork and pickles.

"Male whim" with cheese and meat

Why is this appetizer so called? Probably due to the abundance of meat in it, which is necessary to restore strength.

We will prepare:

  • red onion - 1 pc.;
  • pre-cooked piece of pork - 300 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • cheese - 200 g;
  • vinegar - 100 ml;
  • mayonnaise - 180 g;
  • black pepper;
  • salt.

For pork salad, onions must also be marinated. Using 80% vinegar, we dilute it with water in a ratio of 1: 1 and leave the chopped onions for a while.

The dish can be layered or simply mixed, placed in a salad bowl. We will use the second option and put it in a deep cup: meat cut in a convenient shape, eggs and cheese chopped on a coarse grater. Add red onion, from which the water was drained.

Pepper, season with mayonnaise and add salt. Having mixed, we shift to a beautiful plate and call everyone to the table.

Warm salad with pork and vegetables

This salad with oriental flavors can replace the main dish, as it turns out quite hearty. An unusual way of cooking will appeal to your family.

Products required in preparation:

  • 300 g of fresh pork;
  • bulb;
  • large carrots;
  • large bell pepper;
  • ½ tsp coriander;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • ½ tsp Sahara;
  • a mixture of peppers;
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg;
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds;
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil;
  • greenery.

So that a warm salad is quickly cooked and looks beautiful on a plate, all vegetables and meat after washing, cleaning are cut into very thin straws.

Remove excess fat from a piece of pork, as it will melt during frying and then harden.

We put a frying pan on the fire, pour a small amount of oil and heat it. The fire will be strong during frying.

First we send pork for heat treatment. Stirring constantly, we wait until all the liquid has evaporated. Add soy sauce and continue to fry until a beautiful crust appears.

Discard the onions and carrots in the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes and add the bell pepper. After a couple of minutes, you can balance the taste with all seasonings and salt.

A few more minutes and you can lay out on plates. Do not wait, the dish is served warm.

The recipe for "Glutton"

The cooking method is different in that vegetables (onions and carrots) will be fried, not cooked.

We will prepare the following products:

  • 400 g boiled pork tenderloin;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 carrots;
  • 2 pickles;
  • garlic;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 2 packs of rye crackers.

We begin to cook the salad “Glutton”. Rinse and clean the vegetables thoroughly. Finely chop the onion and three carrots. We pass everything with oil in a hot frying pan. Spread in a cup by squeezing out excess fat with a spoon.

Add the meat cut into strips here. We squeeze cucumbers from excess liquid and give them the same shape as pork. Squeeze the garlic and mix.

You can make a salad in many ways. The main thing is that crackers do not have time to get enough of moisture.

In our case, lay out the contents of the cup with a slide. Sprinkle crackers on top, make a mayonnaise net, salt and garnish with fresh herbs.

Merchants salad with meat

There are many variations of the dish. We use the most popular.

The set of products is small:

  • boiled piece of meat - 250 g;
  • canned peas - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • spice.

For marinade:

  • water - 50 ml;
  • vinegar 9% - 2 tsp;
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

Pour the prepared onion, chopped in half rings, and leave until we prepare the remaining ingredients for the Merchant’s salad.

Peel the carrots, grind on a coarse grater and fry using sunflower oil. Do not get a golden color. It will be enough when it softens a little. Mix with diced meat.

Pour onion (marinade) and peas here. Dress with sauce, salt and pepper.

Caesar with pork

When preparing a salad with pork, you can not do without a piece of chicken meat.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 250 g of cheese;
  • 250 g chicken breast;
  • a pack of crackers (preferably white);
  • 150 g of green salad;
  • 150 g of boiled pork;
  • mayonnaise.

First, fry the meat. Cut a piece of pork and brisket into very thin strips and quickly fry in a hot pan with the addition of olive oil (if not, then use sunflower). Pour without fat into a deep cup.

Tomatoes and cheese are thinly cut here, and lettuce leaves are torn by hand. Pour crackers, salt and mix. If desired, add garlic and black pepper. Refuel salad before use.

With Korean carrots

Each dish has a product that gives the main emphasis. In this case, it will not be meat, but pickled carrots.

Prepare:

  • Korean carrots - 200 g;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • pork without fat - 250 g;
  • greenery.

We wash the meat, remove the veins and the film, cut into strips. Fry under a lid in a pan with sunflower oil until tender. Move the pieces into a suitable large bowl.

We rinse the pepper, remove the seeds and also cut into thin strips. Drain the whole marinade from the carrots. Mix everything with chopped herbs. Refueling in this case will be boiling sunflower oil.

Salad "General" with beets and pork

Reception of cooking snacks will remind "Herring under a fur coat."

We will need:

  • pork - 300 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 200 g;
  • beets - 200 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • mayonnaise - 200 g.

First of all, we need to boil everything until fully cooked. Meat in salted water, separately eggs and vegetables in another pan. All cool and clean.

On a large flat plate, the first layer will go finely chopped meat, which is covered with grated eggs and cheese. We draw a mesh of mayonnaise and add salt.

Next is grated carrots and beets. Lubricate with a thick layer of mayonnaise and leave to let the pork salad infuse. Before serving, decorate with sprigs of greenery.
