Various salads with boiled sausage are prepared easily and quickly. This is an excellent snack option for cases when there is no time to stand at the stove for a long time, but you want to feed the family tasty and varied. The main thing is to choose a quality cooked sausage.

Simple salad with boiled sausage

Ingredients:

  • 100 g cheese cut into cubes;
  • 150 g of cooked sausage without fat;
  • 50 g salami;
  • pickled cucumber and fresh;
  • 2 tbsp. l salted sour cream.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the fresh cucumber, cut in half. Chop in semicircles.
  2. Chop two types of sausage with medium cubes. Also chop and pickled cucumber.
  3. Cheese blocks should be slightly larger than slicing all the other products.
  4. Mix the constituent snacks in a common bowl.

Season the salad with salted sour cream, mix well.

With chinese cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 250 - 300 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • 2 pre-cooked eggs;
  • 200 - 250 g of sausage;
  • 1 tbsp. l classic mayonnaise;
  • table salt to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Finely chop the cabbage. Sprinkle it with coarse salt and knead well. This will make the vegetable softer and more tender.
  2. Cut cooled boiled eggs and sausage into neat even cubes. They should be approximately the same size.
  3. Salt mayonnaise. If desired, the taste of the sauce can be made more original with crushed garlic and various spices.
  4. Add mayonnaise to all mixed foods.

The basis for the sauce can also be made non-greasy sour cream.

Cooking with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 200 - 250 g of quality cooked sausage;
  • 300 g of mushrooms;
  • 2 medium tomatoes;
  • 1 PC. Luke;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 150 g of grated cheese;
  • greenery;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Of mushrooms, it is better to use champignons. Finely chop them and fry with chopped onions. Be sure to use a dry non-stick pan without oil for this, otherwise the finished salad will turn out to be too greasy.
  2. Wash fresh tomatoes and cut into cubes. If desired, you can first peel them.
  3. Rub the cooled eggs.
  4. Peel the sausage from the film and chop into small cubes.
  5. The first layer of salad to make mushroom roast with salted mayonnaise.
  6. Then distribute the tomatoes, sausage, eggs and cheese. To taste, coat the layers with salt sauce.

Decorate the resulting salad with greens.

Salad with Cooked Sausage and Corn

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of sausage (boiled);
  • 1 can of sweet corn in the form of canned food;

Ingredients:

  • 200 - 250 g of cooked sausage;
  • 3 boiled potatoes in a peel;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 1 boiled carrot;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 1 tbsp. canned green peas;
  • classic mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Pre-cooked and cooled root crops to get rid of a dense skin. Cut the remaining soft parts into neat, identical cubes. You can ease your task with special vegetable cutters.
  2. Also cut the sausage, fresh cucumber, eggs.
  3. Mix the products. Pour peas to them without marinade.

Pour the salad with mayonnaise, salt and mix. Lightly cool the snack before taking the sample.

Bean Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato
  • 100 - 150 g of cooked sausage;
  • 1 pod of sweet pepper;
  • half a glass of red beans (canned food);
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 bunch of various greens;
  • salt and mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse beans from liquid.
  2. Cut the sausage into strips.
  3. Peel the tomatoes and chop them into cubes.
  4. Chop up the pepper in arbitrary medium slices.
  5. Rinse greens, shake off moisture and chop finely.
  6. Remove the onion from the husk and chop into small cubes.
  7. Mix and salt everything.

Season the dish with boiled sausage and beans with mayonnaise.

Tasty salad with boiled sausage and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 250 - 300 g of cooked sausage;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • 1 salad yellow pepper;
  • 1 strong fresh cucumber;
  • 200 g of salted hard cheese;
  • spices, herbs, salt and sauce.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the boiled eggs and chop them into cubes.
  2. Grind salted cheese, sausage, all vegetables in the same way.
  3. Pour the ingredients into a common bowl. Pour any sauce. Salt and add spices.

For salad dressing with boiled sausage and cheese, regular mayonnaise is also suitable. You can decorate it with fresh herbs.

With tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 150 - 200 g of cooked sausage;
  • 300 g of fresh tomatoes;
  • onion;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • 1/3 Art. medium fat sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. l raspberry vinegar;
  • 0.5 pinches of universal seasoning;
  • 1 pinch of fine salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l sunflower oil.

Cooking:

  1. Fry the small cubes of the onion in warmed sunflower oil. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Cut the sausage into cubes. Send to onion and fry together.
  3. To the cooled roast add cubes of tomatoes without skin, finely chopped dill.
  4. Stir the ingredients. To taste add salt.

Season the appetizer with a mixture of sour cream and raspberry vinegar.

Crackers appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of light wheat crackers;
  • 150 g of sausage;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • salt and light mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the washed tomatoes together with the skin into a medium sized straw.
  2. Also chop the sausage, eggs, and hard / semi-hard cheese.
  3. Put a portion of salted light mayonnaise in the center of a flat round dish.
  4. Around the sauce, spread in small piles of crackers and all the ingredients prepared above.

Mix the salad after serving on a shared dish.

Salad with boiled sausage and potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of boiled potatoes;
  • 250 g of fresh green beans;
  • 250 g of cooked sausage;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 1 bunch of radish;
  • 1 tbsp. l not acute mustard;
  • 2 tbsp. l wine vinegar;
  • 2 tbsp. l fat cream;
  • 1/3 Art. any refined vegetable oil;
  • 1 raw egg yolk;
  • salt, a mixture of peppers.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the beans until cooked. Cut it into slices convenient for salad.
  2. Chop washed and dried parsley.
  3. Cut the sausage into thin strips, and boiled potatoes into round slices.
  4. Chop onions with the finest half rings, radishes with slices.
  5. Send mustard, butter, egg yolk, butter cream and wine vinegar to the blender bowl. Interrupt the components until smooth.

Mix all prepared ingredients in a common bowl. Fill them with the resulting blender sauce. Add salt and pepper as desired.

With peas and celery

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of young white cabbage;
  • half a can of canned green peas;
  • 2 stalks of celery;
  • 1 sprig of green celery;
  • 100 - 150 g of cooked sausage without fat;
  • olive oil;
  • salt, dry garlic and pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Finely chop the cabbage with a sharp knife. Sprinkle it with salt and knead thoroughly in a bowl with your hands. At this stage, you can add pepper or any spices to the vegetable straws to your liking. Immediately pour the prepared cabbage into a roomy salad bowl.
  2. Remove the sausage from the film and cut into thin long slices.
  3. Finely chopped celery stalks.
  4. Pour both ingredients from the previous steps to the cabbage.
  5. Send green peas from a jar to a colander. If desired, you can also rinse it slightly with running water from the brine. Add the peas from which the glass has excess liquid in the salad.
  6. At the end, send chopped greens to the snack.
  7. For dressing such a salad, you can use a variety of sauces. To make it low-calorie, you just need to mix olive oil with salt and dry garlic.

You can serve refreshments to the table immediately after connecting the components.

Warm appetizer with egg pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs;
  • 1 large fresh cucumber;
  • 1 tbsp. l first-class flour;
  • 150 - 200 g of sausage without fat;
  • classic mayonnaise;
  • a small amount of vegetable oil for frying pancakes;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Beat the eggs in any convenient way until a light foam appears. Add salt to taste and all sifted flour to them.
  2. Stir the dough well.
  3. Bake a thin large pancake from it in an oiled pan. It must be fried on both sides. Cool the cake and cut into thin long strips.
  4. In the same way, grind the fresh cucumber together with the peel, cut the cooked sausage, which can be slightly fried in the oil remaining in the pan. Sausage slices should be lightly browned.
  5. Mix the ingredients of the appetizer. Salt to taste.

For any of the above snacks, it is better to choose a premium sausage. For example, doctoral or dairy. Poorly suitable for salads is a meat product with large interspersed fat. As for sauces, the usual mayonnaise can always be replaced with low-calorie yogurt with spices, low-fat sour cream with garlic or any oil dressing.
