Ingredients:

  • smoked breast - 1 pc.;
  • pickled champignons - 300 g;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • salt and mayonnaise to taste.

How to cook a salad with chicken, mushrooms and corn:

  1. Separate the meat from the bone, cut into cubes.
  2. Grind with a knife or grated boiled eggs.
  3. Drain the juice from the corn, drain the mushrooms from the liquid. Try the latter - if they are too acidic, which happens when a lot of vinegar is added to the marinade, rinse them in running water, and then let them drain in a colander.
  4. Combine the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, salt, season with mayonnaise and mix.

Tip. If you want to cook an original and unusual dish, replace the corn with pineapples, and instead of eggs, put grated cheese in the salad.

Ingredients:

  • smoked breast - 250 g;
  • ham - 200 g;
  • canned champignons - 300 g;
  • pickled cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • lettuce leaves - 4-5 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l .;
  • curly parsley - 5-7 branches.

Order of preparation:

  1. Rinse lettuce leaves and parsley, lay on a tray to dry.
  2. Grind the chicken and ham into cubes.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the cucumbers into strips.
  4. Using a grater, make cheese chips, pass garlic through a press.
  5. Put all ingredients except herbs in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix.

How to cook a snack:

  1. Rinse the greens under the tap, boil the chicken breast and eggs, strain the mushrooms from the marinade, and rinse if necessary.
  2. Chop the onions in half rings, grate the cheese on a grater with medium cells.
  3. Cut the cooled bird into cubes and the mushrooms into slices.
  4. Separate the whites from the yolks. First cut into strips, the second crush with a fork crushed.
  5. Combine chicken with yolks in one bowl and mushrooms with squirrels in another. Season both mixtures with mayonnaise and salt.
  6. Form a salad: first put half of the chicken-yolk mixture, on top of it half the mushrooms with proteins. Pour the whole onion onto them. Repeat the layers in the same order.
  7. Let the salad stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator, and then garnish the top with grated cheese and herbs. It can be chopped or laid out whole branches.
