Tasty chicken appetizer

Many people like the combination of the interesting taste of cheese, pineapple and boiled chicken. If you strengthen this company with the aroma of garlic and add halves of grape berries to decorate, you get an appetizing snack worthy of a festive table.

To prepare a snack you will need:

  • pineapple rings in syrup - 1 can;
  • any hard cheese (Dutch, Russian) - 90 g;
  • chicken fillet - 90 g;
  • garlic cloves - 2-3 (to taste);
  • mayonnaise of any fat content, quantity to taste;
  • bunch of grapes;
  • lettuce or any greens to decorate the dish.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Boil chicken. When it cools down - scroll in a meat grinder.
  2. While the fillet is cooked, grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
  3. Grind garlic through the smallest grater or use a press.
  4. Remove the pineapple from the syrup to make the glass liquid.
  5. Mix the chicken mass, cheese and garlic, add mayonnaise to taste.
  6. Beautifully lay fresh lettuce leaves (parsley) on the dish.
  7. Put pineapple rings on the greens.
  8. In the center of the rings put a dessert spoon of chicken mixture.
  9. Garnish the top of each slide with a grape berry.

For decoration, you can use olives or olives: whole or cut into rings.

Salad with pickled mushrooms, meat and cucumbers

On the table on a holiday must be a nutritious salad. To prepare a hearty snack of pork and canned mushrooms, it will take very little time.

Salad Components:

  • low-fat pork - 250 g;
  • pickled or pickled cucumbers - 150 g;
  • champignons in the marinade - 150 g;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs. (category C1);
  • Dutch cheese (any hard) - 80 g;
  • walnut kernels - 50 g;
  • mayonnaise of any fat content to taste.

 

Actions:
To make a salad with pickled champignons quickly, you need to take care of the preparation of products in advance: boil meat and eggs.

  1. Put the pulp of pork in boiling water, cook until tender.
  2. Boil eggs: moderately steep.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips.
  4. Mushrooms - in small pieces.
  5. Lightly fry the nuts in a dry pan. When the kernels have cooled - chop well with a knife.
  6. Grind the cooled meat and eggs.
  7. Pour all the components with mayonnaise and mix. You can put it in a salad bowl.

Salad leaves are good for decoration. Put them in the plate first, and then the main dish.

"Mushroom glade"

Salad with pickled champignons and chicken will delight guests with its original look and delicate taste.

You will need:

  • chicken meat (fillet) - 250 g;
  • Dutch cheese, Russian (hard) - 150 g;
  • pickled champignons (with beautiful hats, whole) - 250-300 g;
  • chicken eggs - 3-4 pcs. (depending on size);
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • green onions - a small bunch;
  • dried apricots - 80-100 g;
  • dill branches - 1 bunch;
  • 6% vinegar for pickling onions;
  • mayonnaise of any manufacturer and fat content.

Stages of execution:

  1. Boil chicken fillet in salted broth. When it cools down - cut into thin enough straws.
  2. Sliced ​​onions pour vinegar 6%, half diluted with water, for 7-8 minutes for marinating.
  3. For egg yolks, take a small grater, for proteins - a large grater.
  4. Dried apricots for a short time and finely chop.
  5. Grate cheese using a coarse grater.
  6. Grind dill twigs and green onion feathers.
  7. Take a flat dish. In the center tightly, in a row, lay out the most beautiful champignons (with their caps down). There should be room until the edges of the plate.
  8. Put greens around the mushrooms, again not reaching the edges of the dish.
  9. Make the next circle of yolks.
  10. Cover champignons with grated protein.
  11. Sprinkle with dried apricots.
  12. A plentiful layer of mayonnaise.
  13. Next comes the chicken fillet + pickled onions + a good layer of mayonnaise.
  14. Then - cheese layer + mayonnaise.
  15. Cover the salad with a dish of the same size and turn over.
  16. Remove the top dish.
  17. Leave in a cool place for several hours.

It may seem that the snack is complicated and time consuming. This is not true. The salad is prepared quickly enough.

Cooking with cod liver

This salad is not quite the usual serving - in portioned cups. It turns out a juicy and tender striped snack.

Components:

  • canned cod liver - 120 g (standard jar);
  • carrots - 1 medium size;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • Russian cheese (any hard one is possible) - 70 g;
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
  • thick sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
  • ground black pepper - to taste.

 

Technology:

  1. Boil carrots and eggs, leave them to cool.
  2. Make a dressing sauce - mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
  3. Grate squirrels and yolks in turn on a fine grater. Then grind cheese and carrots on the same grater.
  4. Gently stretch the cod liver with a fork.
  5. We collect the salad in layers:
    - liver;
    - carrot;
    - sauce;
    - cheese;
    - protein;
    - sauce;
  6. The top layer will be yolk. It is not necessary to accept him.

Each layer of this salad can be pepper - at will. He will be no less good in a regular salad bowl.

Tasty salad: pickled champignons and ham

A multi-layered salad with a complex taste and great view is worthy of a festive table.

For a salad with pickled champignons and ham you will need:

  • ham - 200-250 g;
  • good quality processed cheese - 2 pcs.;
  • pickled champignons - 100-120 g;
  • carrots - 1 large;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 3 selected;
  • sweet and sour apples - 2 medium;
  • garlic cloves - 2-3;
  • walnut kernels - 30 g;
  • mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp.

We cook sequentially:

  1. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. To remove the bitterness and muffle the specific taste, you need to pour boiled water over the chopped onion.
  2. Boil the eggs.
  3. Cheese grated on a coarse grater. To facilitate the process - the cheese should be slightly frozen, and the grater should be wiped with odorless vegetable oil. The cheese will stick less to the grater.
  4. Rub the carrots on a fine grater.
  5. Grind the ham into medium-sized cubes.
  6. Cut the champignons into slices the size of a ham cube.
  7. For eggs, take a coarse grater.
  8. Make a spicy salad dressing - mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic.
  9. Peel apples, remove seeds. So that the fruits grated on a coarse grater do not darken, they must be sprinkled with lemon juice.
  10. Put a removable form on the dish (ring, square, etc.).
  11. We collect lettuce in layers: the first layer is ham and dressing.
  12. The second is onion and dressing.
  13. Third - apples and mayonnaise dressing again.
  14. The fourth layer is champignons with dressing.
  15. Fifth - cheese and dressing.
  16. Sixth - carrots and dressing.
  17. The seventh and last are the eggs.

The top layer also needs to be greased with mayonnaise-garlic sauce, sprinkled with nuts. The salad should be soaked for two hours, and that's it - it's ready!

With smoked poultry

The original recipe uses smoked chicken breast. Smoked ham would go just as well in this simple but tasty salad.

Ingredients:

  • smoked chicken meat - 300 g;
  • pickled champignons - 180 g;
  • carrots purchased "in Korean" (you can cook yourself) - 250 g;
  • pickled cucumbers - 80 g;
  • onion - 2-3 pcs.;
  • refined oil for frying onions;
  • mayonnaise to taste.

Cooking a salad with champignons and smoked chicken:

  1. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden, set aside for cooling.
  2. Finely chop chicken fillet and cucumbers.
  3. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms, cut into small slices.
  4. Add mayonnaise.

All components to mix.

How to cook with cheese

In the original, a delicious salad with cheese is called "French". The mother-in-law shared the recipe with me. It was 25 years ago, and since then it is one of my favorite recipes. Very delicate and "elegant" taste.

You will need:

  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 small;
  • sweet and sour apple - 1 large;
  • carrots - 1 large;
  • soft cheese, type "Gouda" - 100 g;
  • walnuts - 5-7 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • for decoration - a small handful of cranberries, 2-3 tangerines, 0.5 oranges.

Cooking:

  1. Boil and cool eggs and carrots.
  2. Take a coarse grater and grate carrot, apple and cheese on it.
  3. Chop the onion and briefly pour over boiling water.
  4. Grate proteins and yolks separately on a fine grater.
  5. Grind nuts with a sharp knife.
  6. Put the layers in the salad bowl: protein, mayonnaise, onion, yolk, mayonnaise, nuts, apple, carrots, mayonnaise, cheese, mayonnaise.

Separate tangerines and oranges into slices, peel them of white veins. Sliced ​​orange sliced ​​in half across. Garnish the salad with citruses and cranberries.

Salad "Bishop" with beef and mushrooms

Differs from the classic recipe with radish. But in the snack there are mushrooms!

Ingredients:

  • any pickled mushrooms (preferably champignons) - 1 jar;
  • pulp of low-fat beef (veal) - 200 g;
  • potato tubers - 3 (medium size);
  • carrots - 1 large;
  • onion - 1;
  • garlic cloves - 2-3;
  • walnuts - 50-70 g (to taste);
  • butter - 60 g;
  • salt, ground black pepper, mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Boil beef in salted water. When it cools down - disassemble into short fibers.
  2. Cook potatoes, cut into cubes.
  3. Finely chop the onion and fry until half cooked in butter.
  4. While the onions are fried, chop the carrots on a coarse grater. Add to the pan to the onion, fry a little.
  5. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms, cut so that you get quite large pieces.
  6. Chop nuts with a sharp knife.
  7. Grind garlic through a press or on a fine grater.

Combine the prepared products in one container, salt and pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise. Put the slide on a dish.
