Salad with pickled champignons and chicken breast

Ingredients: large chicken breast, 170 g pickled mushrooms, 4 boiled eggs, 130 g hard cheese, 80 g walnuts, a bunch of dill, table salt, mayonnaise.

Mushroom salad with cod liver

Ingredients: a can of cod liver (natural in oil), a standard can of pickled champignons, onions, 5 pcs. jacket-boiled potatoes, 3 boiled chicken eggs, 5 small pickled cucumbers, a large tomato, mayonnaise, garlic to taste, fine salt.

  1. The first thing you need to do is prepare the fish product. Cod liver is removed from the can, oil is drained from it. The product can be immediately laid out in a salad bowl, as it will be the first layer of snacks. Lubricate the liver with mayonnaise and salt is not necessary. Ingredients: a can of canned mushrooms, 240 g of pork, 2 large pickles, any spices to taste, salt, aromatic oil.

  1. First you need to prepare the pork. The meat is cooked in a piece in salt water. Also in the liquid for taste and aroma, you can add a bay leaf, pepper in a pot and any other attracted ingredients.By the way, pork can be replaced with beef. Finished meat is cut into thin strips.
  2. Cucumbers are chopped with cubes or a medium cube. If desired, you can remove the skin from them.
  3. If the champignons are selected whole in the jar, then they are cut quite large. You can simply chop each fungus into 4 parts.

Ingredients: 330 g of pickled mushrooms (whole) and a similar amount of chicken, 3 medium potatoes, 4 pcs. boiled chicken eggs, 180 g of hard cheese, mayonnaise, a small bunch of green onions and parsley, salt.
