Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken breast - 150 - 170 g;

Cooking:

  1. Cook the liver without streaks and films for 12 to 14 minutes. Cool and grate finely.

  • onion - 1 head;
  • crushed cheese - 130 - 150 g;
  • classic mayonnaise, salt, herbs.

To prepare a salad in which champignons, fresh / pickled vegetables and cheese will successfully combine, you need to select high-quality ingredients for it and lay them out in layers.

Cooking:

  1. Boil chicken in advance. Chop it with medium cubes.
  2. Cook carrots until soft. Cut it and pickled cucumbers in the same way as chicken.
  3. Fry chopped onions and mushrooms in a common pan until cooked.
  4. Grind cheese on a grater with large holes.
