Shrimps should be used in canned form, then the taste of the finished treat is brighter and more interesting.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet and canned champignons - 250-300 g each;
  • avocado - 8 pcs.;
  • canned shrimp - a whole jar;
  • banana - half;
  • lemon - half;
  • sugar and salt - a pinch;
  • classic mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Very ripe and soft avocado fruits cut in half. With a knife you must move along! Carefully remove the seeds. Remove the pulp with a spoon. Pour it with citrus juice, strained from the seeds.
  2. Cook chicken and chop finely. Grind canned mushrooms in the same way.
  3. Mix the ingredients with slices of shrimp without marinade, medium cubes of banana, pulp of avocado. Salt and add a pinch of sugar to taste. Season with classic sauce.

  • chicken meat - 1 kilo;
  • green salad - 1 head of cabbage;
  • tomatoes (very ripe) - 2 pcs.;
  • green onions - 3-4 feathers;
  • avocado - 1 pc.;
  • lime / lemon juice - 4.5 tbsp. l .;
  • feta - 80-100 g;
  • fresh cucumber - 1 large;
  • dried oregano, mint - ½ small.spoons;
  • parsley - half a bunch;
  • olive oil - for dressing;
  • diced olives - 2 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. First of all, for a Greek salad with chicken, you need to cook the bird until cooked. Cool it and cut into medium slices.
  2. Thoroughly wash the lettuce leaves and chop coarsely. By the way, this ingredient can simply be torn by hand.
  3. Ripe juicy tomatoes cut into random pieces of medium size. Grind the cucumber in the same way.
  4. Finely chop both white and dark parts from green onions.
  5. Avocados get rid of bone and tight skin. Cut the rest into neat cubes. Pour it with citrus juice (1.5 tbsp. L.).
  6. Crush the cheese straight with clean hands. Mix it with all dried herbs.
  7. Beat the remaining fresh citrus with oil. If desired, salt the resulting sauce.
  8. Mix all prepared ingredients. Pour them with sauce. Pour chopped olives and chopped greens on top.

Serve the resulting salad with avocado and cucumber as a healthy, light dinner.

With vegetables and mayonnaise dressing

In addition to vegetables and main ingredients, a juicy orange is also added to this salad.

Ingredients:

  • baked chicken breast - 370-400 g;
  • sweet oranges - 2 medium;
  • fresh cucumber - 1 large;
  • avocado - 2 pcs.;
  • lettuce leaves - 5-6 pcs.;
  • coarsely chopped walnuts - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Cherry - 6-7 pcs.;
  • celery stalk - 1 pc.;
  • salted mayonnaise dressing with garlic - 1/3 tbsp.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the cooled chicken into medium slices. Also grind cucumber, celery.
  2. Lettuce leaves simply coarsely torn by hand. Cherry cut in half. Remove the flesh from the avocado, chop it with medium cubes.
  3. Slices of all oranges to get rid of the films. Carefully cut each into 2 parts so that as little juice as possible flows out. Stand out fresh to send to mayonnaise sauce.
  4. Mix all. Pour dressing. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

A simple recipe with herbs

This appetizer has only three main components. It is prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

  • avocado - 1 pc.;
  • chicken fillet - 230-250 g;
  • fresh greens (assorted) - 1 bunch;
  • sauce, salt and pepper - to taste;
  • lime / lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Peel the fruits of the avocado from everything superfluous. Dice and sprinkle with fresh citrus.
  2. Cook the fillet or bake until tender, then chop into small cubes.
  3. Washed and dried green assorted cut.

  • chicken fillet - 280-300 g;
  • leaf lettuce - 1 bunch;
  • avocado - 2 pcs.;
  • aromatic herbs - a bunch of assorted;
  • Cherry - 8-10 pcs.;
  • olive oil - 1/3 tbsp .;
  • honey and mustard - 1 tsp;
  • lime juice - for avocados;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking:

  1. You need to start preparing such a salad with avocado and cherry tomatoes with the preparation of the bird. Pure fillet without skin and bones can be either baked in the oven or boiled, then cut into medium pieces. If there is no need to count calories, you can immediately grind the fillet and fry it until golden brown on a mixture of vegetable and butter.
  2. Cherry carefully cut in half so that as little juice as possible is squeezed out of them.

Ingredients:

  • salad mix - 70 g;
  • halves of chicken breast (smoked) - 3 pcs.;
  • orange - half;
  • avocado and tomato - 1 pc.;
  • pumpkin seeds - a full tablespoon;
  • olive oil, orange juice and granulated mustard - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Cut into medium slices smoked chicken, tomato and avocado, spared from the bone and peel.
  2. From the orange leave only the pulp without films. Cut each slice into 2-3 parts.
  3. Peel the pumpkin seeds and lightly fry in a dry skillet.
  4. Combine butter, citrus juice and mustard for the sauce. You can salt the resulting mass.
  5. Mix lettuce coarsely with your hands. Put it first on a wide flat plate.
  6. Spread all other pre-prepared ingredients on top.

  • boiled chicken breast - half;
  • grapes - 80-100 g;

  • green onions - 4 feathers;
  • avocado - 1 pc.;
  • sour cream - 1/3 st .;
  • mayonnaise and lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Grapes cut in half.
  2. Dice the peeled avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Chop green onions with ringlets.
  4. Coarse chop the chicken.
  5. For dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and the remaining citrus juice.
  6. Combine all ingredients. Pour dressing.

Last of all, salt and pepper the treat.
