  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • crackers - 1 package;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 45 g;
  • cilantro or parsley - a bunch.

  1. To make a salad with beans and crackers, first wash the greens, remove excess moisture with a towel, chop into small elements.
  2. In a deep container we combine crackers with canned beans, with which the liquid should first be drained.
  3. Add the corn, garlic clove passed through the press, greens.
  4. Mix the ingredients.
  5. Mayonnaise is introduced into the salad just before serving, otherwise the crackers will soften, and the taste of the treat will be completely different.

Tip. Rusks are best taken with the taste of salami, bacon or some smoked meats.

With red canned beans

The color of the main ingredient does not really matter. But the Minutka salad with canned red beans will look very original. It is important to use legumes exclusively in their own juice. The tomato sauce variant is not suitable for this recipe.

  • boiled pork - 310 g;
  • crackers - 1⁄2 pack;
  • pickles - 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise sauce - 3.5 tbsp. l

Stages of preparation:

  1. We cut the meat into strips, like pickles.
  2. Remove the brine from the beans.
  3. We mix boiled pork, the main component and cucumbers in a deep container.
  4. Dress salad with sauce, mix the ingredients.
  5. 5 minutes before serving, add crackers, once again we mix everything.

With chicken

The following recipe will help you prepare a protein-rich salad, suitable even for those who are on a strict diet.

Necessary components:

  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.;
  • canned beans - 1 b.;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • walnuts - 125 g;
  • salt, ground pepper - a pinch.

Work Stages:

  1. We wash the chicken fillet, cook for 20 minutes in slightly salted water. When the product has cooled, cut it into strips across the fibers.
  2. Dry the nuts in a microwave or oven, then crush with a rolling pin to the state of small granules.

  • salt - 4 g;
  • sugar - 10 g.

  1. We remove beans from brine, pour into a salad bowl.
  2. Hard boiled eggs. When cooled, cut into small cubes.
  3. Grind the nuts in a blender or with a rolling pin. Put to the beans.
  4. Making a dressing: mix garlic, mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar and a little salt in a cup. Mix thoroughly, the resulting composition is infused for 5-10 minutes.

Want to make the classic version of the dish more delicious, fragrant and beautiful? Diversify its composition with salami or cervelat. One small nuance is that it is better to add a soft meat component to a salad with red beans and sausage, otherwise it will be difficult to chew.

Structure:

  • canned red beans - 1 b.;
  • smoked sausage - 210 g;
  • hard cheese - 110 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • fresh greens - a couple of twigs.

Work Stages:

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs in advance - at least 10 minutes. When cooled, peel and cut into small cubes.
  2. Pour tomatoes with boiling water, peel, chop.
  3. We clear the sausage from the film, cut in the same way as tomatoes.
  4. Remove the marinade from the beans.
  5. We combine prepared products.
  6. Pass the garlic through a press, and rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  7. Add half the resulting volume of cheese and garlic to the salad. Mix the components.
  8. We spread a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, again we interfere.
  9. Pour salad onto a dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top, and then decorate with chopped fresh herbs.

Important! Instead of mayonnaise, you can use not too fat sour cream or thick cream. In this case, you will have to add a pinch of salt to the treat.

With champignons

A healthy and satisfying salad with mushrooms will become an indispensable treat at any feast.

Ingredients:

  • canned beans (red) - 1 b.;
  • champignons - 520 g;
  • mayonnaise - 125 g;
  • sweet onion - 1 pc.;
  • parsley - 1 bunch;
  • lemon juice - 55 ml;
  • leeks - 55 g;
  • peppercorns - 4-5 pcs.;
  • bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.;
  • thyme - twig;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Work Stages:

  1. We remove the marinade from the beans, rinse it in cold water, then throw it into a colander.
  2. Mushrooms are cleaned of contaminated sites, then pour boiling water and send to cook. Add bay leaf, allspice, leek and a little thyme. After a few minutes, we introduce a small amount of salt. After 15 minutes, drain the water, cool the mushrooms, and then cut into slices.

Korean Red Beans

It turns out that it is easy to make a wonderful Korean snack from the described type of legumes. To do this, just stock up on "piquant" ingredients.

  • canned beans - 1 b.;
  • onion - 50 g;
  • carrots - 85 g;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • dill - 50 g;
  • rast. oil - 45 ml;
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • salt - 2 tsp;
  • ground pepper - 1 tsp;
  • vinegar - 10 ml.

Work Stages:

  1. Drain the marinade from the beans, put it in a colander.
  2. Grated peeled carrots on a special "Korean" grater. Add salt, sugar, garlic and ground black pepper, passed through a press.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes, passer in vegetable oil until brown. We catch the frying with a slotted spoon and discard it, and leave the aromatic oil to cool.
  4. We fill the carrots with vinegar and “onion” oil, introduce the beans. Add chopped dill.
  5. We mix the ingredients and taste the resulting composition. If necessary, adjust the acidity of the salad with salt and vinegar.
  6. Now the dish needs to be marinated. This will take 2 hours in a cold place.
