To make a salad, you need to do a few simple steps:

  1. Wash the cucumbers and peel the sausage.
  2. Cut both of these products into strips.
  3. Boil the eggs first, and then after cooling, peel and crumble into cubes.

  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 pack of crackers (it is advisable to take it with the aroma of smoked meats);
  • 1 large tomato;
  • 200 g of sausage cheese;

  1. Cut the sausage into small strips.
  2. Gently cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  3. Grind the cheese on a grater with large cells.
  4. Garlic just chopped with a knife.
  5. Collect all these products in one bowl, pour them lightly with mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with breadcrumbs. This should not be done before: otherwise they will become soft and the dish will be completely ruined.
