  • spinach;
  • medium sized grapefruit;
  • a pair of cucumbers;
  • bulb;
  • a quarter of a lemon;
  • sesame seeds;
  • sunflower oil.

Sauce:

  • couple of art. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • a third of an orange;
  • teaspoon of Worcester sauce;
  • teaspoon of honey;
  • clove of garlic.

Cooking Technique:

  1. Sprinkle the chopped onion on top with a little lemon juice. Mix.
  2. Roll the chicken breast in spices. Top "flavor" with vegetable oil.
  3. Put chicken and fry in a preheated frying pan greased with oil.
  4. When the breast is ready, cut the meat into small slices.
  5. Cut the cucumbers into slices.
  6. Remove peel from grapefruit, cut into pieces.
  7. Arrange salad leaves on separate plates or on a common dish.
  8. Top with all the ingredients.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • grapefruit and avocado;
  • 100 g spinach;
  • sprig of basil, salt;
  • 50 ml of dry champagne;
  • 100 g Brie cheese.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Fry nuts without oil.
  2. Peel grapefruit, avocado. Mix in one container, add champagne.

To cook it you will need the following products:

  • 50 g of olives;
  • a pair of medium sized citrus fruits.

Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon chopped oregano;
  • 200 g soft cheese;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 200 g of tomatoes.

Cooking Technique:

  1. Free grapefruit from peel, veins, films. Cut into thin circles.
  2. Slice the tomatoes as well.
  3. Cheese - in cubes.
  4. Rinse olives.
  5. Put the ingredients in the following sequence on the salad dish: grapefruit, tomatoes, cheese. Alternate until the whole dish is full. Garnish with olives.
  6. Make a sauce of oil, oregano herbs, adding pepper and salt to taste. Season the dish with the resulting sauce. Serve recommended cold.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of small shrimp;
  • teaspoon olive oil;
  • avocado;
  • 150 g of grapefruit;
  • couple of art. tablespoons of mayonnaise (you can take the easy option);
  • Art. a spoon of ketchup;
  • 100 g of arugula;
  • pepper, salt.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Fry shrimps in a warm olive oil (small size), add paprika, salt. Frying time - no more than 7 minutes. Cool.
  2. Divide the avocado into two halves, remove the stone. Cut into strips.
  3. Prepare a dressing of mayonnaise and ketchup.
  4. Put arugula leaves in a salad bowl.
  5. In the center place Art. a spoonful of salad dressing and half the weight of the finished shrimp.
  6. Put avocados in random order.
  7. Free citrus fruit from the peel, dividing into equal slices. To prevent grapefruit from getting bitter, remove all white streaks and film.
  8. Fruit slices are also laid out in random order.
  9. Put the next portion of salad in the same way.

If the salad is not planned to be served immediately, the ingredients are cut as small as possible so that the avocado slices do not darken.

Very healthy and delicious dish at the same time. Included in arugula in combination with grapefruit gives a piquant taste.

To prepare it you will need:

  • couple of art. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • sugar - sand - 50 g;
  • a bunch of onions - shallots;
  • ground white pepper - tsp;
  • ripe grapefruit;
  • wine vinegar - 50 ml;
  • greens (arugula) - 100 g;
  • garlic - 1 to 2 cloves;
  • salt;
  • 50 g crushed Parmesan;
  • 400 g salmon fillet (slightly salted);
  • 8 pcs olives
  • lemon.

Instruction:

  1. Mix together salt, sugar and pepper. Roll the fish fillet in this mixture.
  2. Place for impregnation in a deep container, sprinkled with additional vinegar, olive oil. Leave for marinating for an hour or more.
  3. Remove the peel from the grapefruit, divide into slices of the same size.
  4. Chop the garlic as thin as possible.
  5. Cut lemon into small slices.
  6. Rinse the arugula thoroughly, allow to dry.
  7. Chop shallots also finely chopped.
  8. Chop the pickled salmon into thin strips, distributing in portions on plates, sprinkle with onions. Garnish with grapefruit slices, olives, lemon and, of course, arugula.
  9. Pour over the finished marinade on top, season with grated cheese - “Parmesan”.

Serve as a standalone dish. It is very nutritious thanks to the fish fillet.You can experiment with cheese varieties.

Diet Slimming Dish

  6. Stir the ingredients. Serve chilled.
