For salad with broccoli and chicken, we will prepare the following products:

  • broccoli - take 300 g;
  • chicken fillet - enough 200 g;
  • cheese (hard, favorite variety) - at least 150 g;
  • walnuts - enough 50 g;
  • sour cream - to have enough for refueling;
  • salt;
  • dill - a few green twigs;
  • refined sunflower oil (so as not to interfere with the odor) - for frying.

First we make meat. Boil it in salt boiling water. When it cools down, use a knife to turn it into small cubes.

Now the turn of cabbage. Divided into inflorescences, about 8-10 minutes, keep it in a hot pan with vegetable oil.

We process cheese with a grater - with medium or large cells.

We chop dill and nut kernels with a knife, but not too finely.

The dish is almost ready. It remains to pour everything into a common bowl, add salt, season with sour cream, mix the salad and gather the family at the table.

Cooking with Tomatoes

The spicy flavor of broccoli cabbage is well emphasized by tomatoes. So these vegetables can be combined in a common dish - broccoli cabbage salad with eggs and tomatoes.

For him they will need:

  • tomatoes - take 100 g;
  • eggs - two pieces are enough;
  • broccoli - 400 g;
  • mustard - one teaspoon just right;
  • vinegar (wine would be ideal) - one tablespoon;
  • salt and black pepper;
  • basil, tarragon, green onions (all finely chopped) - a tablespoon;
  • vegetable oil - not less than 100 ml.

We subject cabbage to preliminary processing - we clean, we divide into inflorescences.

Then boil in water until soft (five minutes will be enough) and leave in a colander so that the liquid leaves.

Boil the eggs. They will need to be passed through a grater.

Tomatoes are freed from the skin. There are two ways to facilitate the task: scald them with boiling water, or lower them into boiling water for a few seconds. Using a knife, turn the tomato pulp into cubes.

The sauce for this dish is prepared separately. First of all, combine mustard, vinegar and gently whisk, while adding vegetable oil. Then pour spices, salt and all the greens.

  • broccoli - take 300 g;
  • cauliflower - the same amount;
  • onions - one small head;
  • green parsley - three to four branches;

  • broccoli - take 200 g;
  • champignons - the same amount;
  • cucumbers (pickled) - four pieces;
  • corn (pickled cabbage) - also four;
  • black pepper - a pinch is enough;
  • vegetable oil - to have enough for frying mushrooms and for dressing.

Salt is not needed, in cucumbers it is enough.

Blanch the cabbage inflorescences for a short time, literally five minutes. Fry the mushrooms in three minutes on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil.

We turn cucumbers, corn heads, cooled mushrooms with a knife into thin plates. All this is poured into a common bowl, there we add the cooled broccoli. We season the mixture with pepper and season. If you do not want butter, homemade mayonnaise is suitable.

  • salt - enough ¾ teaspoon.

We cook broccoli and cauliflower in the same way.

Boil shrimp and clean from excess. Mix with vegetables.

Coarsely chop pepper and onion feathers.

We are preparing dressing in a separate bowl. Why whip olive oil, salt, granulated sugar, mustard, lemon juice and ground pepper. At the end we add capers to it.
