  • carrot - 3 pcs.;

  • pickled or barrel cucumbers - 3 pcs.;

  • mayonnaise - 100 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.

You can prepare a salad in culinary rings - the serving will come out stylish and very modern.

To start, wash the vegetables, peel and chop them. You can grate the carrots on a coarse grater or use a Berner grater to make a beautiful long straw. For salad, we need:

  • 300 g of Korean carrots (finished);
  • boiled chicken legs - 1 pc.;
  • pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • ordinary carrot - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Three carrots on a grater (or in a food processor), cut the onion into cubes. We pass the vegetables together with pickled cucumbers until soft. We disassemble the chicken into sloppy fibers so that they look “torn”. We combine chicken, sautéed vegetables, Korean carrots. The salad is very simple, requiring a minimum set of products, and quickly cooks.

We will need:

  • 300 g of champignons;
  • 300 g carrots;
  • 100 g onions;
  • pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.;
  • chicken breast - 400 g.
  • mayonnaise - 100 ml;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Cut the champignons into large pieces and fry with onions in a separate pan. We cut the carrots and cucumbers into strips and simmer over low heat until they become transparent. We disassemble the boiled breast into torn fibers. We combine vegetables, cucumbers, mushrooms and meat. Dress with mayonnaise. The salad will be infused for an hour, after which it is absolutely ready to serve. We eat with white croutons, or garlic donuts.

The original way to cook with prunes

  • pickled gherkins - 5-6 pcs.;
  • prunes - 200 g;
