Classic recipe

  1. Peel the onions and carrots. Dice the onion, grate the carrots on a grater.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and lay onion. When it gets a golden hue, sprinkle carrots and fry for another five minutes. Leave the fry to cool.
  3. We cut the sausage into cubes.
  4. We clear the cucumber from the core and seeds, and also cut into square pieces.
  5. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise.
  6. Leave the dish in the refrigerator for half an hour to saturate properly.
  7. Serve with wheat crackers.

  • 200 g boiled chicken breast
  • Carrot

  1. Boil the breast in salt water with seasonings.

  4. Throw the peas into a colander and let the brine drain. It is not necessary that excess liquid get into the salad.
