The presence of the word “classic” in the name of the dish means the fact that the recipe that has come down to us from past centuries has become a kind of standard that can be followed, allowing minor changes and adjustments.

To prepare in advance, prepare:

• chicken breasts - 600 g;
• garlic - 3 cloves;
• sweet carrots - 2 pcs.;
• eggs - 7 pcs.;
• cheese - ¼ kg;
• salt, pepper mix and mayonnaise - to taste.

Algorithm of actions:

1. Well washed white poultry, boil until soft, but elastic. Cut the cooled breasts into small pieces or simply disassemble the fibers with your hands.

Technology:

1. We clear the pepper fruit from the seeds, rinse, cut into pieces, then chop into strips.
2. We chop the clean cucumbers with straws, arrange the low-fat chicken ham (home or factory) in the same form.

The main success of this snack is about the same slicing of all the ingredients.

3. For the design of the salad, we select transparent glasses on high legs. In such a “package,” the appetizer will look particularly appetizing and spectacular.
