• ground pear - 300 grams.
• carrots - 200 grams.

The process of making salad is extremely simple. We rinse all root crops, free from the skin.

To make a salad, you will need:

• Jerusalem artichoke - 200 grams;
• cheese (this recipe involves the use of Tofu cheese) - the same amount;
• fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
• eggs (hard-boiled) - three are enough;
• soy mayonnaise - 100 grams;
• sour cream (fat) - a couple of tablespoons;
• salt (if you see fit);
• dill - focus on your own taste.
Cut the cheese and fresh cucumbers with a knife. This must be done in such a way that the products take the form of approximately the same cubes in size.
We also process eggs and Jerusalem artichokes in the same way - we grate them, choosing a face with the largest cells.
We build the sauce by mixing soy mayonnaise with sour cream.

First of all, we proceed to Jerusalem artichokes. When the roots are already washed and cleaned, cut them as small as possible. Put in a bowl and fill with olive oil: so the slices will not darken.
Then we process everything else. As a result, we get a neat pepper straw, small tomato cubes, cucumber thin plate-circles (if the skin of the cucumbers is bitter or rough, it can be removed), pasty (after the press) garlic mass, carrots, passed through a coarse grater.
First mix everything except carrots. Add chervil to the mass, and then carrots. And mix the last time.

Cooking with white cabbage

• vegetable oil (corn or mustard are best suited) - up to three tablespoons;
• daikon - 1 piece;
• carrots - 1 root crop;
• sea kale (need dried) - one teaspoon is enough.

• pumpkin - a slice of juicy ripe fruit weighing 200 grams;
• apples (preferably sour) - 2 fruits;
• walnuts - not less than a glass of kernels;
• vegetable oil (ideally pumpkin, but will go olive or sesame) - at least three tablespoons;
• sesame and sunflower seed - a pair of tablespoons;
• honey - 4 tablespoons. We use liquid, which did not have time to sugar.
