Any canned fish salad is usually prepared very quickly and easily. Its main component does not require preliminary heat treatment, which means that such recipes are ideal in situations “when guests are on the doorstep”. A product from almost any fish - even red, even white - is suitable for preparing snacks.

Classic Mimosa recipe with canned fish

Product Composition:

  • canned saury or sardine;
  • white onion head;
  • 4 pre-cooked eggs;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 4 boiled potatoes;
  • boiled carrot;
  • ½ tbsp classic mayonnaise.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Put the carefully mashed canned foods without liquid and bones on the serving plate with the first layer. Draw a grid of their mayonnaise on them.
  2. Spread the grated proteins of boiled eggs with the second layer.
  3. Next - grated carrots and onion cubes. Salt and coat them with mayonnaise. If the onion is bitter, first scald it with boiling water.
  4. Spread the shredded potatoes with sauce with the penultimate layer.
  5. The last to sprinkle grated yolks.
  6. Garnish the salad to taste and let it brew and cool.

This is the most common classic Mimosa recipe without any additional ingredients.

Simple salad with rice and canned goods

Product Composition:

  • 1 can of any fish in oil;
  • 5 pre-cooked eggs;
  • 1/3 Art. boiled rice;
  • 1 PC. onions;
  • 1/3 Art. classic mayonnaise;
  • coarse salt.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Remove canned food from a can and grind them with a small amount of oil.
  2. Finely chop the onion and immediately pour it into the fish.
  3. Add medium-sized cubes of boiled eggs and cooled cereal to the base of the salad.
  4. Salt the ingredients and season with mayonnaise.

Mix the salad with rice well and serve immediately.

Cooking with Corn

Product Composition:

  • 3 eggs, cooked to a solid yolk;
  • 1 tbsp. boiled corn kernels;
  • 1 can of tuna canned food;
  • dill, salt, light mayonnaise.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Grind the tuna with a fork along with the liquid from the can.
  2. Add boiled corn kernels to it. Part to leave for decoration dishes.
  3. Pour cubes of cooled eggs into a future salad and add fresh dill finely torn directly with your hands.
  4. Salt the ingredients and season the salad with corn and tuna with light mayonnaise.

Festive squid appetizer

Product Composition:

  • a pound of frozen squid;
  • 1 can of sprats;
  • 3 pre-cooked eggs (only proteins are needed);
  • 1 onion head;
  • sea ​​salt and classic mayonnaise.

You can prepare a similar salad of canned fish saury.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Wash seafood, turn out and thoroughly clean from the remnants of the entrails. Send carcasses to boiling water and simmer for 2.5 - 3 minutes.
  2. Cool boiled marine life and cut into strips.
  3. Cut cooled boiled proteins according to the same principle as squids.
  4. Chopped peeled onions very finely, add boiling water for a couple of minutes, then squeeze.
  5. In canned fish, cut off the tails and heads. Remove large bones and finely chop the carcass.

Canned fish salad with potatoes

Product Composition:

  • a jar of sardines or pink salmon in oil;
  • parsley, optional;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 eggs;
  • sauce;
  • salt.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Wash potato tubers using a stiff brush. Boil root vegetables until soft, peel and grate coarsely.
  2. In a separate bowl, cook the carrots in the same way. Also cool and grate with large holes.
  3. Boil eggs and divide into components. Squirrels rub coarsely.
  4. Chop the onion arbitrarily. The pieces should be very small.
  5. Drain the oil from the fish and add a small portion of it to the sauce. Salt the last.
  6. Put the appetizer in layers in a salad bowl covered with cling film, in this order: carrot, protein, half an onion, fish, remaining onion and potatoes. Vegetable layers should be coated with sauce.
  7. Send the container for several hours in the cold, then gently turn the snack on a flat plate and remove the film.

Decorate canned fish salad with potatoes, crumbled yolk and herbs.

The original version with crackers

Product Composition:

  • 250 - 300 g of saltine crackers;
  • 150 g of "Dutch" cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. pink salmon in oil;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • fresh garlic and chives;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Add the mayonnaise and mix with mashed garlic.
  2. Boiled eggs are divided into yellow and white.
  3. Put a layer of crispy crackers on a plate, rub the squirrels on top and spread them with salted mayonnaise.
  4. Then distribute: another layer of crackers, mashed fish with mayonnaise, slices of green onions, crackers, cheese with sauce and crackers again.
  5. Thickly coat the top layer with mayonnaise and sprinkle with yolks just rubbed with your hands.

It will take at least 2 hours to warm the salad.

With canned tuna and lettuce

Product Composition:

  • 1 can of tuna (canned food);
  • 2 meaty tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 pre-cooked eggs;
  • bunch of lettuce leaves;
  • salt;
  • 2 dessert spoons of quality olive oil;
  • 0.5 tsp lime juice.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Grind the fish with a spoon of liquid from a jar.
  2. Add to the tuna randomly chopped onions. Stir, salt.
  3. Pour torn, dried and dried lettuce leaves onto a plate.
  4. Pour fish and onions from above with a slide.
  5. Spread tomato slices and slices of pre-cooked eggs on the salad.

For such an appetizer, a mixture of lime juice and oil is ideal as a dressing. You can add salt to it to taste.

Unusual taste with prunes

Product Composition:

  • any canned fish in oil;
  • classic mayonnaise;
  • rock salt;
  • 3 pre-cooked chicken eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • 50 g of cheese;
  • 6 - 8 pcs.dried pitted prunes.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Drain the liquid from the fish and grind with a fork. Make canned food the first layer of salad on a flat plate.
  2. Pour small onion cubes from above, on which to draw a mayonnaise grid.
  3. Then distribute the crushed yolks, finely grated cheese and a thin straw of pre-soaked prunes with mayonnaise.
  4. Close the appetizer with protein, grated and flavored sauce.
