A simple salad of Rollton and eggs

No meat ingredients are added to the simplest quick noodle salad. For satiety, only hard or semi-hard cheese is taken, as well as eggs. Raw carrots make a brighter and slightly crisp treat. If desired, it can also be replaced with a Korean one.

 

Ingredients:

  • Rollton noodles - 1 small standard packet;
  • hard / semi-hard cheese - 130-150 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • raw carrots - 1 pc.;
  • salted mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. To make such a simple and delicious Rollton noodle salad, the first thing you need to do is break it into small pieces. Then - completely fill with mayonnaise and leave for a couple of hours. You do not need to clean the mass in the refrigerator! As a result, it will become soft, like cream cheese.
  2. Cook the eggs to a solid center. Grind with a medium grater. Rub and whole cheese.
  3. In the same way, you need to turn raw peeled carrots into shavings. But you can grind it with a special Korean grater, then the finished salad will turn out even more beautiful.
  4. Combine all prepared ingredients. Add and noodles.
  5. Mix everything well.

Such a salad may seem rustic for a festive table, but it is perfect for an everyday family dinner. Finished treats can be decorated with fresh chopped herbs.

Cooking with Chicken

Instant noodles can be made one of the main ingredients of puff salad. This version of the snack is quite suitable even for the festive table.

Ingredients:

  • “Quick” noodles - 1 small packet;
  • eggs - 2-3 pcs.;
  • potatoes - 2-3 tubers (depending on the size of vegetables);
  • raw carrots - 1 pc. (sweet and juicy);
  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • pickled cucumber - 1-2 pcs.;
  • cheese - 60-70 g;
  • mayonnaise and salt.

Cooking:

  1. First of all, you need to brew instant noodles with water according to the instructions.
  2. Put the finished noodles in a colander so that all the excess liquid from the glass. When the product dries slightly, send it first to the salad bowl. Top with a grid of slightly salted mayonnaise.
  3. Chicken breast can be boiled or fried in slices. Both cooking options are great for this salad. Sprinkle boiled or fried slices over noodles. Spread the sauce.
  4. Boil eggs, cool and grind. In the same way turn into chips and raw carrots. Place both ingredients on the chicken one by one, smearing each layer with a new portion of mayonnaise.
  5. Cut the cucumber in arbitrary pieces. If you want to make the appetizer more tender, you can previously cut off the thick skin from salted vegetables. Spread on carrots.
  6. Boil potatoes in a peel. Grind it with a grater. Sprinkle the resulting chips into pieces of cucumber. Spread with mayonnaise.
  7. The last to sprinkle with grated cheese.

Give the resulting snack to infuse for 30-40 minutes in coolness, and then serve it to the table.

Tasty recipe with canned goods

From canned fish with instant noodles, tuna is best combined. But you can also use pink salmon. The main thing is to carefully thoroughly check the pieces for seeds and remove all those that have occurred.

Ingredients:

  • instant noodles - 1 pack;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • tuna (canned food) - 1 can;
  • lemon - lobule;
  • cheese - 60-70 g;
  • sweet / spicy mustard - 1 tsp;
  • mayonnaise, salt.

Cooking:

  1. Brew noodles broken into pieces according to the scheme indicated on the package. Allow it to cool and drain the water.
  2. Put the fish on a plate, knead with a fork with a small amount of liquid.
  3. First boil the eggs to a solid center, then cut into strips.
  4. When the noodles have completely cooled, add cheese chips, fish and mix well.
  5. Cut the onion into small pieces and add boiling water for a couple of minutes. Pour to the rest of the ingredients.
  6. For dressing, combine mayonnaise, mustard, juice from a lemon wedge and salt. Send her to the salad.

Place the treat on a flat plate with a serving ring. Give the snack half an hour to insist and take a sample.

Snack of instant noodles and cucumber

Cucumber adds an appetizer of freshness, juiciness. If you do not previously peel the peel from the vegetable, then the salad from it also becomes crispy.

Ingredients:

  • noodles - 1 standard package;
  • cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • boiled sausage - 230-250 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • corn (canned food) - ½ banks;
  • salted mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Remove the noodles from the packet, break them into pieces with your hands. Only then brew the Rollton according to the instructions. Drain the finished product, let it cool completely. Send the noodles to a large salad bowl.
  2. Cook the eggs until a solid yolk. Dice. Also chop boiled sausage and cucumbers. Send all prepared products to noodles.
  3. Onion cut into small cubes. If you wish, you can marinate the vegetable slices in a mixture of water, sugar and vinegar.
  4. Paste the corn last, after draining all the liquid from it.
  5. Season the finished appetizer with Rollton and salted mayonnaise sausage, mix gently.

Immediately serve the resulting treat to the table. Optionally, you can decorate it with chopped herbs.

Crab Salad with Rollton

The most important thing for such an appetizer is to choose delicious crab sticks. You need to take a juicy chilled, not frozen product. Suitable for treats and crab meat.

 

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • instant noodles with chicken flavor - 1 pack;
  • packaging of crab sticks - for 180-200 g;
  • ripe juicy tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • salted mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. It is most delicious to lay out such an appetizer in layers. First you need to cook products for each of them. Remove films from crab sticks. Cut the ingredient into medium slices.
  2. Cook the eggs to a solid center. Cut them into neat and about the same size cubes.
  3. Finely chop the instant noodles with your hands. It is not necessary to steam it with boiling water.
  4. Cut the tomato into neat slices directly with the skin.
  5. Put chopped crab sticks (half) with the first layer. Spread them with salted sauce.
  6. Spread egg cubes (half) on top of the crab sticks. Repeat the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle half dry noodles on top. Spread seasonings on top and fill the product with mayonnaise.
  8. Pour tomato cubes into everything.
  9. Repeat all layers again.
  10. Before serving, let the snack brew in coolness for at least 1 hour. After soaking, it turns out to be especially tasty.

You can decorate the treat with halves of cherry and fresh curly parsley.

To reduce the harm from instant noodles, you should immediately throw away bags of oil and spices that are placed in the package. It is better to separately use your favorite natural spices, as well as ordinary sunflower or olive oil without additives.
