For example, in a short time you can "figure out" an appetizing and very healthy salad with turnips and carrots. What does it take to literally build a vitamin supplement for dinner in a matter of minutes?

  • two medium turnip root crops;
  • one carrot;
  • lemon juice;
  • salt and black pepper - focusing on your own taste;
  • a little sour cream and sunflower oil (it is better to take odorless);
  • fresh greens.

We turn root crops into straws. Put the resulting slices in a salad bowl, season with salt and pepper, mix: the spices should dissolve without a trace.

Now you can add lemon juice and vegetable oil to the vegetable mixture.

Before serving, add sour cream and decorate the salad with herbs. Grind it or put whole branches - a matter of taste.

Winter salad with turnips

Turnip is wonderful in harmony with honey: its bitterness combined with honey sweetness gives an unforgettable taste effect. This can be checked by making a salad of turnips and berries, seasoned with honey.

We will need:

  • turnip - two or three small root crops;
  • frozen berries (red currants go cranberries) - ½ cup;

Let's start with refueling. Load the avocado and garlic cloves into the mixer. We send juice and citrus zest there, pour salt and ground pepper. We turn on the device, and while it is working, we pour vegetable oil, then vinegar, in a slow fine stream. When we get a uniform consistency, the mixer can be turned off.

Using a knife, we turn vegetables and spinach into a delicate straw, which we mix in a salad bowl. You can fill in an exotic dressing and decorate the dish with basil leaves.

With apples

The only thing the turnip can boast of is more or less bitterness, depending on the variety. This root crop does not differ in taste bouquet. But this is even good: such a feature makes it possible to combine with a wide variety of products, including fruits and berries. An interesting taste notes are able to please turnip salad with apples.

To get this, you will need:

  • turnip - take 400 grams;
  • apples (preferably winter varieties, hard, juicy and sour) - 200 grams;
  • the same amount of sour cream, at least with medium fat content;
    a bit of salt;
  • lettuce - enough 100 grams.

The turnip, washed and freed from the skin, is rubbed on a grater (we use the face with the largest cells). Fruits turn into thin slices. If you want more tenderness, apples can also be peeled. We connect the components, mix and season with half the cooked sour cream.

Then we make a vitamin slide in a salad bowl (you can use an elegant dessert plate). Pour over the remaining sour cream and decorate with lettuce leaves.

With chinese cabbage

Turnip, as it turned out, is a very vitamin-rich root crop. Add various equally useful ingredients to turnip salads. For example, prepare a turnip salad with herbs and Beijing cabbage.

Let's make it from:

  • medium-sized turnips of approximately 300 grams of weight;
  • several branches of fresh dill and parsley;
  • three or four “feathers” of green onions;
  • head of Beijing cabbage;

  • three tablespoons of sour cream;
  • one spoon of refined sunflower oil;
  • pinch of salt and ground black pepper;
  • ½ lemon juice.

First, we process turnips - washing, cleaning, using a knife we ​​turn into a very thin straw. Put the slices in a bowl.

Shred greens and cabbage. Together with salt and pepper, add to the radish and mix, achieving a homogeneous consistency. We give the mixture a "rest" and let the juice.

During this time, cut the egg into a separate bowl as small as possible. In another bowl we are building a gas station. It will consist of sour cream, lemon juice and vegetable oil.

All components of the salad are ready, you can combine them. At the bottom of the salad bowl we place turnips mixed with green mass. Cover it with an egg layer. Top watered with sour cream and lemon dressing. It turns out not only tasty, but also very nutritious food.

Vitamin salad with turnips and cucumber

  • cloves of garlic - 2-3 pieces.

  • a pair of boiled chicken eggs.

Rub the turnip on a coarse grater so that the salad consistency does not resemble jelly. So do the cheese.

We chop eggs - not very small, but not particularly large.
