Canned saury salad with egg is one of the favorites on the festive table. But each time it can be prepared in different ways. To do this, it is permissible to include pickled cucumbers, hard cheese, potatoes, carrots or rice in the recipe. In any case, the taste will turn out bright and unique in its own way!

A simple salad of canned saury with an egg

The first version of the snack is proposed to be made with the addition of pickled onions, boiled potatoes, herbs and aromatic mayonnaise.

 

Essential Ingredients:

  • can of saury;
  • onion - 55 g;
  • egg - 4 pcs.;
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp;
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp;
  • table salt - a pinch;
  • potatoes - 150 g;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • greens to taste.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Peel and wash a small onion. Grind the plates, which are poured into a bowl.
  2. Inside, add sugar and salt. Introduce lemon juice. Stir, cover the dishes with foil and leave to marinate.
  3. At this time, cook (in one pan) potatoes “in their uniforms” and hard-boiled eggs. After half an hour, clean and cut both ingredients into small cubes.
  4. Now chop the greens. And also open a jar, from which put the fish in a deep plate. Mash with a fork, removing large bones if they meet.
  5. Pour potatoes, greens, eggs and onions into saury without marinade. Pour in some purchased or homemade mayonnaise. Mix with gentle movements. Move a simple salad of canned saury with an egg into a serving vase. Store in the cold for a short time.

As this appetizer mixes, it’s important to cut the potatoes and eggs into cubes rather than rubbing them on a grater. Otherwise, porridge may turn out in the end, which is unacceptable.

Cooking with Cucumber

To make a snack, you need to take:

  • pickled cucumbers - 100 g;
  • canned saury - 1 can;
  • boiled eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • jacket potatoes - 150 g;
  • pickled onions - 50-55 g;
  • Light mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
  • black pepper.

 

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Peel boiled eggs and potatoes. Together with pickled cucumbers chop on the board with small and equal cubes.
  2. Squeeze onions marinated in sugar, lemon juice and salt. Combine it with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle to taste with ground hot pepper. Add light mayonnaise. With a few careful movements, mix the salad with canned saury, eggs and potatoes. Serve immediately, as mayonnaise has already been added.

Required Products:

  • bank of saury (canned) - 1 pc.;
  • Russian cheese - 90-100 g;
  • boiled potatoes - 150-155 g;
  • hard-boiled eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • green onions - 5-6 arrows;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • homemade mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l

Step by step recipe:

  1. Boil the potatoes without peeling, then rub on the large side of the grater. And also chop hard Russian cheese into small cubes.
  2. Then finely grate hard-boiled eggs into a separate container. Grind the green onion arrows. Open a jar of saury, which is crumpled with a fork along with the juice.
  3. Put potatoes on the flat bottom of the plate. Spice up. Align, forming an even circle if possible. Coat the surface with mayonnaise (1 tbsp. L.)
  4. Place canned fish on top, which is immediately filled in turn with green onions and cheese. Top with the remaining mayonnaise.
  5. At the end, cover with a grated egg. Immediately place the canned saury salad with egg and cheese in the refrigerator before serving.

 

It is not necessary to cut the cheese into cubes; it is permissible to rub it, like other ingredients. In this case, it is better to freeze the product a little so that the chips do not stick together.

Salad: saury, eggs and green peas

Adding green peas will add unique notes to the salad. But for this option, it is not recommended to use salt at all, since this spice is present in fish, and in mayonnaise, and in peas.

For cooking you need:

  • boiled eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • saury bank - 245 g;
  • green peas - 3-4 tbsp. l .;
  • potato "in its uniform" - 150-160 g;
  • Provence mayonnaise - 2.5 tbsp. l .;
  • black pepper and chopped dill.

Recipe step by step:

  1. Boiled eggs with soda and boiled potatoes in a peel in different pans until cooked. Then cool and clean both ingredients.
  2. Cut into small cubes with the same cubes, which immediately fall asleep in a wiped dry bowl.
  3. Now directly in the jar with a fork, rinse the canned fish with oil or its own juice. Add to chopped ingredients.
  4. Enter there green peas (without marinade), ground black pepper, chopped dill. Mix everything.

  • potatoes - 180 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 60 g;
  • saury (canned) - 1 can;
  • chopped onion - 50 g;
  • greens to taste;
  • Provencal mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - 1/3 tsp;
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp;
  • table vinegar - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Boil potatoes, eggs and carrots in plain water on a medium burner. Then peel and cut into cubes of equal size.
  2. Now chop the onions and transfer them with the carrots into a deep bowl. Pour vinegar inside, and add sugar and salt. To mix. Marinate for about half an hour, then drain the liquid.
  3. Stir onion, potatoes, carrots and eggs in a dry container. Introduce greens and frayed saury.
  4. At the end, pour all the mayonnaise. Slowly move the shoulder blade to mix the fish salad with potatoes and carrots. Serve cold.

Carrots can be added to the dish and boiled. But to get a brighter flavor, it is recommended to marinate it with onions.

Hearty Rice Appetizer

In the last salad, potatoes are replaced with boiled rice, and hard cheese with cheese. And the appetizer will be assembled in layers, which is more suitable for a festive serving.

To make a salad, you will need:

  • boiled rice - 1 cup;

  • eggs (chicken, boiled) - 4 pcs.;

  • feta cheese - 120 g.

The recipe for the steps:

  1. In different stewpots, cook cereals in slightly salted water and hard-boiled eggs. Then strain the rice, washing in a sieve with boiling water, and peel the eggs from the shell.
  2. Chop all the greens, mash the fish with a fork. Finely brynza rub. Take a round dish, the bottom of which to wipe with napkins.
  3. Put a big ring. Insert cooked rice, which is coated with garlic mayonnaise (1.5 tbsp. L.).
  4. Cover with green onions, which cover with prepared saury. Lay eggs in the next layer. Pour over the remaining sauce.
  5. At the end, mix the feta cheese with dill and cover the salad with canned saury, rice and eggs. Rearrange the dish on the refrigerator shelf.
  6. Before serving, carefully remove the ring, after which a hearty snack with rice can be served on the festive table.

If there is no desire to make a puff salad, it is perfectly acceptable to mix all the ingredients in a clean, dry bowl, then introduce mayonnaise and serve in a vase, sprinkled with herbs.
